SELLO PER LA PIA DI BUFFET DELL'HOTEL! Il miglior buffet dell'hotel con una diffusione umongosa e tutto è stato delizioso!
Per arrivare all'hotel da Sapporo, è meglio prenotare presto per il bus di navetta. Se è pieno, prenotate con Donan Bus (nota che ha bisogno di prenotazione anche se la mappa di Google lo mostra come una rotta di opzione). Altrimenti, si può fare la tipica stazione Rapid Train- Toya e prendere un autobus lì(che si ferma a 3 minuti a piedi) .
L'hotel ha un grande ascensore, l'aperto vi dà una grande vista sul Lago Toya, l'aperto ha molte piscine e sauna/sala mistica.
L'hotel ha anche una vecchia scuola Sento se si desidera sperimentare la vecchia scuola.
Le camere erano spaziose, il servizio era buono.
Grande opzione se si vuole godere del lago Toya a un ritmo più lento!

hotel location is the best, in the centre of the daily night fireworks to view directly from hotel lobby. onsen at level 9 is the best, outdoor soaking at night with steam and daytime soaking experience are both perfect experience. breakfast and dinner are buffet style so you can choose your own dishes but both days breakfast and dinner dishes are the same. travel to hell valley using public bus directly outside the hotel and at toya train station is also very easy to navigate. highly recommend this hotel. only bad thing is aircon not working and need to open windows for air circulation and window is very big so not safe for children when sleeping at night. mattress on single bedframe is very lousy. sleeping on tatami is much more comfy. didn't bath using room bathroom because of the fabulous onsen. can rent yukata for free and return before 10am next day. has bingo game at night before fireworks to keep us occupied.

LLoner TravellerThe view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

JJordon49I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay at Lake Toya. This time, we had the opportunity to view fireworks from behind the hotel. The hotel has two onsen, which alternate daily; one is on the ground floor, and the other faces Lake Toya. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing, but for the dinner buffet, it's best to book an early time slot, as they reduce the food replenishment after 8 pm.

UUtente ospiteClean and luxurious stay at this modern hotel. Like other reviews mentioned, there are some features that may be less than ideal (faucet fixed too near to bottom of sink making it hard to use, shower door unable to close fully and the bath area is open concept). Location is about 20mins away from where the other hotels are and where fireworks can be viewed. Overall a very nice hotel with impeccable service and touches (lovely yukata plus in-room toiletries/ amenities) but be mindful those as well as the modern design are what you are paying a premium for.

WwanwonderCocoa is quite centrally located, and driving is recommended. Although there is no public bath, our bathroom has a jacuzzi, and bath salt is provided. I really enjoyed the relaxing soak after driving the whole day.
There are no meals on site, but there are vending machines that sell pre-packed food and drinks. There is a lounge area on the 2nd floor offering coffee, hot water, microwave, and seating.
The room and bathroom windows offer views of Lake Toya. You can see the sunrise and the entire lake covered by low clouds in the morning. So beautiful!
The laundry room has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The dryer was so filthy that I had to get rid of the thick layer of lint in the filter, which was full, before using the machine.

NNgAwesome location near central Toyako Onsen. Room had gorgeous lake view and onsen was spacious and well-maintained. Only thing is that the hotel is a bit dated and mattresses were a bit thin.

UUtente ospiteWe absolutely loved staying here. We had a large Japanese style room with a view of the lake. You could watch the fireworks and see the sunsets. The hotel is set slightly apart from the other main hotels which is a positive. The baths were never busy and there was a small outdoor bath. We really enjoyed our stay here

UUtente ospite第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è la migliore che a soli un minuto a piedi dal terminale di autobus alla stazione Toya e davanti alla piattaforma di traghetto. Vedere la mia foto. Posizione perfetta. Lady del ricevimento del desk front was friendly. Sono stato posto a una vista sul lago in una stanza di stile giapponese. Non include doccia, ma bagno nella stanza e sembra vecchio, ma mi piace la stanza. La vista dalla finestra della stanza fino al lago Toya era eccellente. Amo la finestra della mia stanza può essere aperta, potrei vedere più chiaro alla vista del lago e avere aria fresca dall'esterno aprendo la finestra. Anche era un giorno di pioggia, nuvoloso e freddo. La vista è ancora senza spot. Il servizio era buono. La stanza era pulita, temperata e con tutte le necessità, ma non c'era bagno/duche, ma, sulla base del prezzo, ero felice di questo perché non mi importava di usare il bagno nella zona del canestro sul piano uno. Ho trovato solo due lati: primo, il piano di superficie del manico era timido e slipperato con la mosca (la mia mano sinistra l'ha toccata accidentalmente e la mia mano era timida con la mosca nel campo del manico), che comprende la zona interna e quella esterna. Vorrei che si sforzassero di migliorare la pulizia del nostro territorio; in secondo luogo, la suana non era disponibile per il cliente. Tuttavia, ho avuto una fantastica sauna e un'onzen a 万世 (un hotel a pochi minuti a piedi da Toya Grand Hotel) per un'onzen fee (1300 yen) per non residenti. Quindi non mi ha colpito molto.
In generale, la mia esperienza era buona. Io darei Toya Grand Hotel 8 su 10. Io amo Toya Grand Hotel. Lo consiglio.
