Convenient stores nearby. Walking distance to ferry to watch fireworks on board. Price Y1,700/adult. Have to watch out for restaurant opening n closing hours. Monday night most restaurants are not open. Ample free car park at hotel. Onsen payable when checking in at Y300/pwrson/day. Mount Usu Ropeway Y2,00/person return trip. Car parking @Y500.

Located near the lake with rooms facing the water. It has an onsen in the basement, but there are no shower facilities in the room. It has a great view from the room.

First of all, the hotel located quite far from the station, it suits for people who rent a car more. But the view from the room is spectacular and the room is quite big compared to other hotel in Japan, but you have to do the bed by yourself (we booked Japanese room)
Secondly, the Onsen in the basement is quite large and not so much people which is very good.
Thirdly, the staff are very nice. They clean the snow from our car before we left which surprised us very much.

This hotel has left the deepest impression on me during my travels in Hokkaido. The Dongye Lake bus stopped at 8:30, making it difficult to hail a taxi, but the front desk staff was enthusiastic and helped us arrive at the hotel smoothly. The hotel's hot springs are very distinctive, with rooms in the style of tatami, clean and tidy, and beautiful scenery, including views of Lake Toya. Highly recommended for check-in, excellent value for money. Happy New Year！🎆

Hotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal where the bus from Toya Station stops at. The room is huge and spacious, and there is a clear view of Lake Toya from the room. Room is clean, but it is a smoking room so if you cannot take the smell, you can always open the windows to air the room. Nevertheless, the room is clean and there is a hot bath at the basement of the hotel that you can enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The only regret I have is only staying a day at the hotel. Will consider staying multiple days the next time. Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers who wants to stay around Lake Toya without breaking the bank!

Traditonal Japanese rooms with futons overlooking Lake Toya. View from room was great both in the day and night. We were able to catch the daily fireworks from the room at night.

Great location with easy access and free car parking (just outside). Lake view was fantastic. Most important, the firework was launched on the lake every night, and it was just in front of your balcony. It was the most highlighted moment.

Lack of a shower room is the only setback. Breakfast choice and time needs to be booked in advance. A basic hotel located right in front of the lake.
