Located in Bell Medows neighborhood minuets from Hiawassee; restaurants, grocery store, brewery, coffee shop and Fresh Market stand. Fairground and lake beaches all around. Mountain biking n hiking 7 min drive distance to Jack Rabbit. 15miles from famous Helen; tubing and zip lines, rollercoaster. Open concept kitchen and living room with gas fire place, TV and deck wrapped all around with Bbq. Main level has 3 bedrooms /3 baths with an open loft./ bathroom with tub. Downstairs; living room with 75” TV and 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths. Kitchen fully equipped w an ice machine, coffee maker, toaster.
