Have stayed here before - and it's just as good as the previous times we've stayed. On site car parking which is very much needed in Towcester, it's not the easiest place to park in. Comfortable room, although it's 'executive' label may have been a touch optimistic. Nothing wrong with it though. One of the better breakfasts I've had in places like this. Nice bar, with an OK range of ales. Towcester itself has some great pubs in it, it's worth a visit for a night.

Friday night staff were fantastic! Saturday night not so much. What is it with Greene King Inns and the lack of good beer?! Saturday evening they ran out of draught beer and tried to give me a bottle at dinner! Only thing is a bottle is NOT a pint! Swapped it out for a lager. I have been to at least a dozen of these hotels and most are as poor. Sort it out!

We had Christmas dinner, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, I had the salmon with beetroot to start which was delicious followed by fillet steak cooked medium rare. We all really enjoyed the whole meal,They spaced out the times of each sitting which ment the food was fresh and hot when it arrived.

Great stay overnight. Room was lovely and warm and clean. Comfortable bed and a bath Breakfast really good and would definitely stay again if visiting relatives Staff really polite. Good value stay. Recommend this hotel including a large car park

Really enjoyed our one night stay, big advantage was car park available. Friendly staff, breakfast excellent, cooked and served with excellence. Excellent set out for other breakfast items, juice, cereal, bread toast, jams etc. would recommend

This is the 3rd time stopping at this hotel. This hotel is ideal if you are visiting Silverstone the hotel is lovely and clean. The food is nice too and the staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Tracey and the lady with the pink hair. See you all again next year xxx

Thank you to all the staff at the Saracens Head who hosted our wedding: ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening disco. The staff were all so cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic. Special thanks must go to Michelle who was the event coordinator but could be called the wedding planner. Nothing we asked for or wanted to change was too much trouble. Michelle is the consummate professional and made the whole day so perfect for us. When she left in the evening Matt the duty manager took over and could not be more helpful. The price was remarkably reasonable (several different choices are available). Many of our guests praised the food and complemented our choice of venue - we could not have had a more perfect day. If you are looking to get married in Towcester, the Saracens is second to none. Highly recommended!!!

Very uncomfortable bed, we stayed in room 3 and the bed, which was sold as double had two single mattress's , likely zipped together. However one side was fine but the other side was like sleeping in a crater ! Either the mattress was worn out or possibly a super soft with the other side firm - whichever had hardly any sleep which is a shame as otherwise the hotel is reasonable value for money. Further disappointed to not hear form the hotels management team.

Held our Granddaughters Christening celebrations at the Saracens Head (Pickwick Room) recently. The staff were super helpful with the organisation/set up. Michelle, Lucy and Eileen were all so accommodating - from our initial enquiries and right throughout the day. We had a really great time celebrating and the food was fabulous.
