Questo hotel si vende come un quattro stelle ma di fatto è una vecchia struttura, è SPORCO fatiscente e MALTENUTO. Al massimo può essere definito un due stelle o una specie di ostello della gioventù. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite per tre giorni e pagato in anticipo MOLTI SOLDI. Appena abbiamo visto la stanza, siamo corsi dal personale a chiedere spiegazioni perché le FOTOGRAFIE ERANO INGANNEVOLI e completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato di persona. Purtroppo il personale è costituito da due ragazzine inesperte e maleducate che ci hanno solo risposto male e si sono RIFIUTATE DI RIMBORSARCI o di darci altre soluzioni adeguate. Siamo una coppia di sessantenni e nessuno ci ha aiutato con il bagaglio - cosa scontata in qualsiasi hotel a quattro stelle. Non c’è neanche il parcheggio. Alla fine ce ne siamo andati per non rovinarci questi pochi giorni di vacanza e pagheremo di nuovo a nostre spese un altro hotel. Insomma DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

Tutte le camere hanno vista sul mare, la matrimoniale standard é un po‘ misera anche come singola. Con una valigia grande per terra, non ci si gira più. Il balcone non dà intimità perché é separato solo da vasi di fiori dalle altre camere di conseguenza non si potrebbe dormire tranquilli con la finestra aperta. La camera assegnatami era già stata usata (toilette e asciugamano) e poi evidentemente cambiata per un‘altra, senza aver poi controllato che fosse tutto in ordine. Prodotti da bagno Nuxe molto buoni. Personale del ristorante molto gentile, servizio veloce e cucina molto buona. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Il prezzo caro della camera, anche se in alta stagione, non é giustificabile. Colazione discreta. (La foto con il coperchio del wc alzato, cosí l‘ho trovato)

We were a couple in one room and my father in another and had a good 4 night stay here. Plus points- delicious breakfasts, good local knowledge, very clean, beautiful area and great eateries. Minus points - very uneven bottom step was difficult and my father stumbled a couple of times, shared toilet- didn't matter as we were family but I wouldn't have been happy had the other room been let as it meant paddling along the landing in the middle of the night, especially as I asked whether we had our own bathrooms, a fridge is provided for guest use and tea/coffee making facilities are in rooms but I presume guests have to provide their own milk as none was provided. We had a lovely time in spite of these small *******, but it's fair to say that improvements could be made here and there for an easier stay.

This place was recommended by a colleague that had stayed before, and I can honestly say that it was an absolutely faultless experience. From arrival, to departure, I was made feel welcome, looked after, and comfortable. Every single person went above and beyond. I have already discussed with my wife about going back for a visit (without the need to work!)

Booked the room, when we arrived no parking as its not private parking so had to park miles away, room was tiny not as stated, was so hot and also dirty, mini bar had one bottle of water and one can of fizz water, the worst though was its a shared balcony so your neighbours can see right in your room so you would need to keep your curtains shut, definitely not a 4 star hotel, was so bad we didn't stay and hotel refused to issue us a refund. Staff totally uncaring and are obviously used to complaints and couldnt care less that they ruined our time away. We booked based on the room photos, beware you can only just walk round the bad and only one side has a small shelf the other side doesn't even have that. Bedding and bed is substandard, have had better rooms in 2 star hotels!

Staying in the quirky Hotel Ker-Moor next door, we popped along to Les Sables Blancs for dinner. Friendly, welcoming reception staff and efficient waiting staff made for a very pleasant evening. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. My cousin’s seared-on-the-outside-pink-in-the-middle tuna steak converted me from a never-touch-fresh-tuna-it’s-as-tough-&-tasty-as-cardboard to an I’d-definitely-try-that-again fan; my two starters (I was feeling a little liverish after two days of over-excitement (read ‘over-eating’) at being back in France), a pumpkin soup and crab with julienned beetroot were subtle and scrumptious. A lovely experience.

The setting of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach, walking distance into the town . Book a superior sea view, huge balcony with awning, sun beds, chairs overlooking the beach . The room is spacious, good bathrooms , air conditioning and double doors you can throw open to hear the sea. Lunch and dinner were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful .

Ocean views, right on the Beach. Every room has a balcony. Idyllic and fun setting. Easy access to the beach and shady coastal walks to secrets Coves. Amazing sunset views. 10 minute cycle ride to the beautiful mediaeval town of Concarneau with its picturesque walled town of boutiques and restaurants. A bustling market adds to the charm of the harbour town.

This is a real vacation hotel on a lovely beach in Concarneau.I had a standard room big as a shoebox, a very tiny room for 2 . The room balcony is great since you have a great sea view.The restaurant of the hotel is quite good with a lot of seafood choice. The hotel still need to be refreshed but it ha a certain charme
