The hotel and staff were decent. In fact the two guys running the bar were great. However the hard product needs some attention. It was not possible to use the shower without flooding the bathroom floor which meant the towels were needed to catch the water leaving them soaking. The in-room phones didn’t work which meant I had to go down to the front desk to request an iron and ironing board. They arrived promptly. However we then discovered the base of the iron (not the hot plate the part it stands on) was cracked and so the water leaked everywhere. On check-out the person at the front desk was busy on the phone taking the details of a reservation while there were two people is the back office sat doing very little. The front desk person apologised for the wait. Everything described shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. However these issues aside we had a relatively good stay. The hotel is in a good location and the guest interfacing staff make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. Would I stay here again, I’m not sure.

Il ragazzo che era in reception quando siamo arrivati era molto gentile. Non potevamo avvertire che andavamo con un bambino, e ci ha preso la cucina al momento. Lo studio era come nelle foto. Senza grandi lussi, ma con tutto quello che doveva. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente per fare il turismo, a 5 minuti dal Capitolo. Possiamo parcheggiare in strada accanto quella notte e il giorno dopo, lo mettiamo in parcheggio dell'hotel, più economico di quelli intorno. Ci sono caffè gratis tutto il giorno, perché nella cucina della camera, non c'era un caffè. Ha un supermercato proprio accanto per prendere ciò che è necessario se si vuole mangiare all'hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per una pausa familiare, dopo aver effettuato molte ricerche sulla classificazione stellare, sulla posizione e sulle recensioni precedenti degli ospiti.Le camere sono pulite e di buona dimensione (abbiamo avuto una camera doppia sul 7° piano). Il con ha lavorato un trattamento che era necessario, poiché Toulouse soffre durante il giorno e la sera, il bagno era moderno e pulito e la stanza era dotata di un caffè, frigorifero e sicura. Il primo giorno di colazione qui è stato molto costoso a £25 pp ma è stato fab con una bella selezione di cibo e il personale è stato così utile e amichevole. 10 minuti a piedi dalle piazze principali, ma non un problema. Rimango qui?Certamente sì.

The staff was great. They were however aware I was arriving because my son had a medical emergency there and I would be bringing him there when he was released and I asked if they had air conditioning and explained it was very important as he had a sever asthma attack that resulted in respiratory failure. The first room the ac did not cool the room. They moved me and the second room smelled like smoke and also was not cool. In the main picture it hides the neighborhood. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel due to the ac, the taxi requests being forgotten resulting in me running late to the hospital. I think when you ask and need comfort for someone who is sick, if they can’t accommodate it they should be honest.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. From the time we entered the hotel, which has an attractive frontage and is in central Toulouse, whilst being situated in a quiet and picturesque road, the staff welcomed us and were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room which was functional and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel was very good and our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. All the staff were lovely, especially Jade and Illiana on reception. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again, thank you.

Il Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave è un nuovo hotel situato lungo il bordo est di un recente edificio appartamento. La mia stanza era senza spot, anche la fornace e la microonde erano pulite! La colazione era buona per un hotel appartamento. L'hotel si trova a St-Cyprien, a pochi passi dal fiume Garonne, dal centro di Toulouse. La zona è inequivocabilmente passeggiabile e c'è un metro (con negozi e ristoranti) a 200 m. L'eccellente posizione dell'hotel è stata responsabile del problema che ho incontrato. Il Ponte St-Pierre alla fine della strada è pedonale-ciclomotore solo tra maggio e ottobre, e, venerdì e sabato sera, c'era un flusso costante di rumore, apparentemente ubriachi, che facevano un volume impressionante di rumore sulla strada sotto Poi, dopo aver chiuso la finestra, potevo mitigare il problema, quindi si è rivelato un problema minore. (Il fatto che le finestre siano aperte è stato un'altra caratteristica positiva.) L'hotel si è rivelato un ottimo luogo per soggiornare.

Si trova in una zona di ricezione divertente, dove la ricezione è come una tavola in mezzo alla stanza (non si trovava contro un muro come al solito). Un benvenuto molto caldo e usando il tappeto(!), una mappa è inserita e siamo stati introdotti nella città. Molto romantico e intelligente. La nostra stanza era al 6° piano, che si trovava a ovest e nei giardini. Bella vista e tranquilla. La stanza è spaziosa, comoda, disponibile letto, tè/caffee. E infine il tappeto sul pavimento. Il bagno è separato dal bagno che è buono. Tuttavia, entrambi fanno un po 'piccolo. La base della doccia può essere slippery e non così tanto spazio per i vostri bagni. Ma tutto va bene. C'è un metro fermo lungo la strada e gli autobus fuori dal fronte. La porta successiva è un Subway, McDonalds e un Carrefors. È circa 10-15 minuti al Capitolo. Così una buona posizione. Parcheggio. Condurre oltre l'hotel e vedrai un grande segno di parcheggio P che sembra parcheggio pubblico. Vai dentro e entro pochi metri è il garage per il Mercure.

I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Toulouse. It’s in the perfect position within close walking distance of the historic areas, good restaurants and the shops. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. One young man on reception helped my husband gain access to our suitcase when we couldn’t get the lock open. What a hero! The breakfast is good, the room is peaceful and quiet and the shower and towels are luxurious. We’ll be back in Toulouse soon, again visiting our family, and know where we’ll be staying!

The hotel is located a 15 minute stroll from the old city centre and a 15 minute bus or taxi ride from Toulouse airport and approx. 30 minutes walk from Toulouse Rugby stadium walking along the canal du midi On arrival check in was super quick and easy, the receptionist spoke good English. Our rooms were located on the third floor. The rooms are large and the beds are massive and were really comfortable so sleeping wasn't an issue. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and also had breakfast one morning and the food was good quality, portions were a good size and prices were comparable with restaurants in town. The hotel has a nice sun terrace where you can eat and drink and it is also by the pool which is a fair size (15 metres long) with comfortable sun chairs and foot rests. All of the staff we met in the hotel were super friendly and always wanted to have a conversation with you which was really personable. I would have not hesitation staying here again and I will definitely be returning to the beautiful city of Toulouse.
