툴루즈 호텔을 예약하기전 늦은 밤 도착이라 택시 교통편 등이 애매해서 호텔들에 전화해서 물어봤는데 직원의 친절함이 다른 호텔들과 급이 달라서 바로 예약했습니다. 예약 후에도 여러가지를 물어볼 때 너무도 친절하게 대답해줬고 호텔 곳곳에 이런 친절함이 녹아있어 너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 추천합니다!!

Really nice hotel, very clean. Shame there was no coffee facilities in the room but in walking distance to the Christmas market which is what we visited for. Easy to get to from the airport, safe location, overall very good stay. Would return to the same hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. I only stayed the one night so the room was great. However, if it had been a longer stay it would have been cramped. The desk chair was slightly too large to fit fully under the desk, lending to the cramped feeling. The bathroom felt smaller than it was because I couldn't fully open the bathroom door as there was a large towel holder attached to the back of the door. Eventually it will damage the wall. I would suggest removing it and replacing with a towel holder more proportionate to the space - but not on the door or directly behind the door! The bed was super comfortable! As were the pillows - I loved them! The automatic volets were a nice touch. I actually loved my view of the Toulouse rooftops!

This hotel was amazing, clean,comfortable and convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful. On our checkout today we were not able to order an UberXL, the reception helped us order a large cab but we were not sure if it would fit all our luggage, she helped us talk to the taxi company , the taxi driver and also workout a plan b. She answered all my questions with patience and understanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

particularly enjoyed my first two-night stay in a room (302) in the older building. Lovely view. Great breakfast. Fabulous location. Lovely staff for the most part.

Very clean and very good beds in the superior twin bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic service at the reception. Parking was tricky, but the hotel was very helpful.
