Hotel in zona Airbus, Tolosa

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

Located right in the center of everything. Great access to activities and sights. Could not ask for a better location. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! Decent room. I would stay here again, except for one thing. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning was turned off for the season, which meant a hot room with poor sleep. And poor sleep is not a desirable feature in a hotel room! While the windows did open, being in a room on Floor 1 along rue Romiguières means keeping the window open isn't a real option, as the constant roar of scooters (which is completely absorbed when the windows are closed) prevented that. SO I would stay there again but would call first to see if they have the AC turned off. If it is, I will stay elsewhere.

L'hotel è a soli 12 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, che è stato importante per me, perché sono arrivato tardi e sono uscito presto. La colazione è veramente sorprendente - ha tutto, puoi avere dentro o fuori dall'area interna. La stanza è molto insolita e ha questa opzione di luce rossa.

All'estremità della città, è molto vuoto intorno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono generalmente vuote, il parcheggio è gratuito, il servizio è buono, prendo un deposito di 100 euro, ma per una settimana, non sono tornati al conto originale, ho chiesto all'hotel che era la ragione della banca, non so se, aspetta un attimo.

Fortunatamente, l'hotel ha un giovane a ricevimento al top, professionista e ascoltatore che rientra nel livello dell'hotel, ho avuto qualche problema con la stanza che la regola la stessa giornata e ancora grazie. Ho potuto parcheggiare davanti con il mio carico pesante, punto positivo. Camera non molto pulita, il clima funziona male e non molto mantenuto, sanità comune fortemente da evitare, ho cambiato con l'opzione bagno privato.

Yes, I had a good idea what to expect when I booked, so I can't say I was surprised at what was offered, but I was still left feeling disappointed. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff were friendly, although not particularly enthousiastic, and my room was clean, as was the shower and the bedding. Unfortunately, that's about it. Things almost started badly in finding the hotel, as it is cunningly concealed behind trees, and if coming from the peripherique, there is no signage. The decor throughout is awful, and I didn't like walking past piled up bags of (presumably) dirty linen in the hallway. The room itself was very small, with an ensuite shower/WC, and there was little or no room to move around the bed (the only furniture in the room). There is no wardrobe space so, as I was staying to two nights, I had to put my clothing on the bed - not ideal. The shower was OK, but there is no room to dry oneself (assuming you've remembered to bring a towel). I had to sleep with the GF window open as the AC unit was too noisy, so was frequently woken by noisy guests outside. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and, if you want coffee, be prepared to get up to ask the staff member to use their pass each time you want a cup. Finally, I didn't think my hotel room was cheap and at the end of the day, not value for money. Sorry, F1, but I won't be coming back.

Sono arrivato di sera e varcare quel ingresso era già tanto. ”Non fermarti alla prima impressione” mi sono detto. Errore, dalle foto che allego si capirà un minimo. Apro la camera e mi assale una puzza esagerata che mi obbliga ad uscire. Fatto arieggiare, entro e trovo divano letto macchiato di non so cosa, letto disfatto, macchie in terra. Alle mie proteste la receptionist non sembrava meravigliota, ho chiesto il cambio di camera, ma mi è stato negato. Ho dormito su una sedia, non fidandomi di poggiarmi da alcuna parte. Il giorno dopo ho lasciato quella indecenza. Ho chiesto il rimborso, ma non so come potrà finire. EVITATE SE DOVETE RECARVI IN QUELLE ZONE.
