Molto buon hotel Ben situato intorno a una zona commerciale (ma non nuoce) Molto buon colazione con spazio esterno. Camera piacevole e pulita . Raccomando questo hotel Molto bene per un fermo su un ritorno vacanze in Corsica. 👍

La posizione dell'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Toulon, Camminare circa tre minuti, vicina alla piazza e alla stazione di autobus, Trasporto conveniente! La sala di attraversamento dell'hotel è dotata di un bar autosufficienza per 24 ore, Fornire tutti i tipi di caffè! Diversi tipi di frutta, bevande di salsa, frutta fresca e piccoli piccoli gusti, È disponibile gratuitamente! Anche se la stanza non è grande, Ma è semplice e ha un senso di progettazione! Molto consigliato!

Sono rimasto lì tutta la settimana, quattro notti, e tutto è andato bene, ma la mela di doccia si è desolidarizzata, cadendo su di me e le luci si sono regolarmente abbassate con i suoni elettrici che accompagnano.

My wife and myself have just stayed at this hotel. The room was adequate, clean and smart, and had air conditioning. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly at first but after a quick visit by front desk staff who reset it it worked well - lucky as it was during a heatwave and the windows don't open at this hotel. There is limited parking immediately outside the hotel entrance or you can use the underground hotel car park accessed by the ramp right beside the main entrance. Breakfast was perhaps a little underwhelming compared to other Holiday Inn's as the selection was limited but the quality of what was there was good. This is a city centre hotel so ideal for business people or if you want to explore the city centre, otherwise I would look elsewhere for a room. All the staff were great that we met, professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). Ottimo accoglienza. Installazioni un po' vetuose, ma tutto era funzionale. Properté générale plutôt bonne, mais certains éléments n’ont pas été nettoisés depuis des mois ou même des années (accumulation de graisse et de poussière sur la hotte de la cuisine, meuble de salle de bains). Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo in ogni caso, torneremo senza esitazione

Molto buon piccolo hotel ben organizzato, perfettamente pulito e servito da un team abbastanza simpatico. Le camere sono molto ben mantenute, tutto è in buono stato. Il buffet del colazione è piuttosto caldo, anche se le macchine da caffè non funzionano in modo ottimale. Questo hotel deve essere molto piacevole in estate, anche se è perso in una sorta di zona industriale.

L'hotel è ben situato, vicino alla stazione e al centro della città, è molto pulito e moderno, la camera è semplicemente perfetta si sente confortevole sia dall'atmosfera che dalla lettera. E ciliegia sul torto il personale è di gentilezza più che eccezionale, gentilezza e servibilità massima, un reclutamento al top. Vengo spesso e c è sempre il caso, questa sera c è stato Ines che mi ha consigliato con prudenza alcuni buoni indirizzi ristorante, e ho passato una bella serata grazie al suo consiglio. Andateci a chiudere gli occhi ;)
