UUtente ospiteThis is my second time staying there & I’ll stay there again if I come to Kyoto next time. Location is great, service is good, free drink on the rooftop w/ a spectacular view is always the highlight of my day. Onsen is nice. The room is a bit small but enough for solo traveller or a couple.

CChinsanThe hotel is located near the Totori station, which provides a very high accessibility. free breakfast buffet and free mini bar at night time were included during the hotel stay. Up to 5 amenities that you can take from the lobby for your stay such as body lotion and facial treatment. The room is small but more than enough for one person , bit tight for two person though.

As usual, I am always happy with their cleanliness. Since I booked an economy double on their promotion, I was expecting a small double bed in a small room. It turned out to be not so. The bed should be more than 4 feet wide and the room allows us to move around a bit after opening two 24-inch suitcases.
The only dissatisfying fact lies in the breakfast. They only provided triangular rice balls. Although there were different kinds of meat and ingredients, there was still a lack of varieties as compared to the regular buffet breakfast in other toyoko inns. I hope that is not the norm in the T branch.ottori

Il posto per mettere la borsa era anche molto spazioso.
E'un sacchetto di Ozfree che arriva alla mia testa, ma non c'è problema se lo tengo.
Non un rocker, ma uno spazio sotto il letto, e puoi chiudere.
Gratuito per chiunque si trovi in bevanda benvenuta e Otto il pomeriggio.

MMerivynnSurprisingly good for a 3 star business hotel. The rooms are very clean and ergonomically designed while the staff are very helpful.
The hot spring is fantastic and though small serves its purpose well. The location is within walking distance to the Tottori main station also.

UUtente ospiteStayed one night in a twin room. Super near the train station, 2-3 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the only things that were not as good was the lack of power points - only one between both beds, none at the table so it's hard to do work there. If you want to boil water in the kettle you gotta either use that single power point between the beds or use the other one in the toilet. Another thing that could have been better was the fee for the coin operated laundry services... ¥300 for washing mashine which is normal, but ¥200 for 30 mins of dryer, which is more expensive than most other hotels (usually ¥100).
But as a whole, it was a good experience and I would recommend!
