Tre giorni da sogno in un Hotel lodge sofisticato e fiabesco ai confini del mondo dove vivere il magico mistero delle Highlands. Ogni singolo dettaglio è curato con passione e precisione. La qualità del cibo, la pulizia delle stanze, l'accoglienza sempre attenta ma calorosa sono il segno distintivo di The Torridon. Incredibile che questo luogo di lusso e calma sia quasi sconosciuto alla clientela italiana. Per noi è stato un soggiorno indimenticabile che consigliamo ai nostri connazionali. E poi la presenza di Camilla, ligure come noi, è la vera ciliegina sulla torta. Camilla coltiva le migliori doti di noi italiani e le unisce e fonde con l'ospitalità scozzese. This is our fourth year of returning to The Torridon, the scenery is spectacular and the hikes on the properties doorstep are stupendous. There’s kayaking, wild swimming and to match the glory of the great outdoors there’s wonderful locally grown and sourced food served in beautifully designed and newly renovated gorgeous spaces. This family owned property attracts a World Class and global staff who are a delight to engage with and a pleasure to be looked after by. This is hospitality at its finest. Fires are lit, tastes of pine note gin proffered, every detail is taken care of expertly. One chef hails from India, so a really good curry is on the menu too, something to please and surprise everyone. Last night we had the chicken liver parfait, then the super local venison followed by the best whiskey trifle we’ve ever had… and trust me the bar is high on this one! I never remember to photograph wonderful food, it’s too good to dawdle with camera angles. I have taken some shots of the new decor so you can see how absolutely fabulous this place is. We’ve already booked to return again next year.

We visited here on 27th March 2025 on a recommendation whilst touring the area - superb location with some stunning views of the area - from entering to leaving this was a 5 Star Experience 🙏 all of the staff were very welcoming, helpful, engaging and courteous - Shane and the lady on the main reception were particularly good…..but all were brilliant 👍 and a credit to the hotel…..Well Done Everyone……it made our visit to the area all the more memorable and special - hopefully we’ll return sometime soon! 🤞

The full breakfast was delicious but Oliver was very rude, stressed and made the whole experience unpleasant. Hope next time I am there I will be able to enjoy such an amazing atmosphere and food in a completely different way. Well done other staff, everyone was great and lovely

We had an absolutely amazing two-night stay at The Torridon. The location is breathtaking—truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. The attention to detail in the decor throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was superb—spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The food was outstanding, especially the fine dining experience. they were a real highlight. The staff made our stay even more memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Luis at the bar—his drink recommendations were fantastic, and his cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had. We left with a few new favorite drinks! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very average and ordinary establishment with expensive supermarket bought whisky and pedestrian food. Rooms need upgrade due to dry cold colour schemes and service must improve so guests aren't overlooked for the American couple "tracing their Scottish family roots ".

I was lucky enough to visit this amazing place as part of my 50th celebrations. The Torridon is beautiful, charming, faultless. Whilst the facilities, and food are fab, the staff are exceptional. A young, diverse, talented bunch who do their utmost to make your stay special. Special mentions to Eliza, Danielle, Shane, Luis, Duncan, Joe and Connor. Vashenga, who ran the outdoor activities was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great guided walk and clay pigeon shooting experience with him, highly recommended. All in all, if you get the chance to go, go!

We had an absolutely amazing honeymoon here, it felt special. Hotel and surroundings are beautiful. But the staff made it, gave us a stunning room upgrade, all staff so friendly and welcoming and knowledgable and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted with such warmth and we left the same. Food delicious, cocktails stunning, bedroom - all rooms have a lovely style. Even on a stormy windy hail storm day we had a stunning walk and upon our return to hotel we given hot drinks and our coats and boots put into a drying room, I don’t think we can rave enough about everything including the staff and we would love to come back.

Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing views. The food was exquisite. The staff members are very professional, friendly, knowledgable about the history of the hotel and the area and they make you feel like you are The VIP. The room was astonishing with the beautiful view.
