 Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIF and cell service. Two large bedrooms each with attached full bath. Our dwellings can be connected to provide the perfect set up for large groups and reunions. You'll love this huge, spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views out the large windows. There are two primary bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The living room and dining area are big and bright with large, south-facing picture windows. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiets sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home. The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard. When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #3. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking. Guest interaction I have hosted Airbnb homes on and off since 2016 and I recently bought this space- May 2021. During this new management transition I will be working out all the hiccups and getting to know the property. It is a work in progress and my aim is to make your travels and your stay at Home in the Heart as relaxing and convenient as possible. The house has 4 apartments in it. Three of them are connected via sealed entrances that can be opened for large groups. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by but not on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests and have a contactless check in and check out system. I am available via messaging/phone all the time and you can contact or message me with any questions or needs. I love meeting new people and hearing about your travels. Other things to note THERE IS NO GROCERY STORE IN TORREY. The nearest shopping is in Loa, Utah- 17 miles away. Come prepared with groceries or contact Danielle and arrange to have groceries delivered in advance for a nominal fee. Weather Torrey is located at 6,800 ft above sea level, so we thankfully don’t get the intense heat that other desert towns experience. Summertime temperatures range from the mid 80's to low 90's during the day and mid 50's to mid 60's at night. Winter high temps are mostly in the mid 30’s to lower 50’s with a few days in the 20’s. Snow doesn't stay long in Torrey but there is plenty of it up on nearby Boulder Mountain. Thank you for your interest in Home in the Heart.
