Lo abbiamo preso per la sua vicinanza al recinto festivo della città di Natale, che ci avevano consigliato di visitare. E' vicino, non ha un prezzo sorbito per essere 4 stelle, e è piuttosto un hotel di passaggio per il tema di IFEMA, aeroporto, ecc. Come dico per essere un 4 stelle, perché non è niente dell'altro mondo. Nel nostro caso, perché il parcheggio è fuori, cioè, si può lasciare la macchina fuori perché c'è spazio, al trat*** di un'area tipo poligono industriale, ma se qualcosa accade alla macchina non è una cosa dell'hotel, ma andiamo, buona zona di parcheggio. Buona posizione. ricezione corretta, anche se non era chiaro che la prenotazione era già stata pagata, capisco che queste cose devono essere abbastanza chiare. Camera giusta, bagno molto ampio, con la sua grande doccia, asciugacapelli, e accessori. Bene, senza problemi. La stagione dell’anno non permette di usare la piscina, ma non aveva male dipingere. Quando tornai la notte, andai a prendere un po’ di coca al bar, e la ragazza della ricetta mi ha prestato un bel servizio. Mi ha preparato dei bicchieri con ghiaccio. E' stato il 5 dicembre 2021, alle 9 di notte. Non ho pezzi. Se in futuro ho da passare per T4 e fare notte a Madrid, mi riferisco, è una buona scelta. A proposito, qualità del sonno molto buona, dei pochi hotel che non ho avuto il rumore di aria condizionata, ascensori, esterni, ecc. Molto buono.

The hotel is situated right by Torrejon de Ardoz' bus and train stations with good eateries within close walking distance. It is only 5 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 30 minutes by bus or train from Madrid. The Reception staff are very friendly, very helpful. Most can speak English well and they are always willing to offer advice on places to visit (even in Madrid) or where to get help. Our room was unbelievably, spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, bath and shower. The bed mattresses are soft (but not too soft) with extra blankets available if needed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the restaurants below serve take-away hot drinks. We didn't eat breakfast but it did look good for 8 euros. We are definitely going to return to this hotel!!!!!!!

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

Hice una reservación de 8 días, hablé para ver si me podían recibir las maletas antes de la hora del check in ya que saldría de España y tenía que dejar las maletas, atendiéndome un chico de nombre Joel o Yoel, quien me dijo que no había ningún problema en dejarlas. Así que mi vuelo salía a las 10:50 am y quedé de dejar con el hostal las maletas a las 08:30 am, sin embargo estuve esperando hasta las 11:10 que la chica de recepción abrió la puerta. Perdiendo así mi vuelo. Al finalizar pagué por la pérdida de mi vuelo como si me hubiera quedado en un hotel 5 estrellas

Tengo opinión encontradas, por un las el hostal, sorprende y de hostal tiene poco, hay hoteles de más categoría que son peores, es de buena calidad, el baño es bueno y cómodo con buena ducha con mampara total (ni cortina ni mampara de una hoja), la cama es cómoda aunque la habitación algo pequeña pero es suficiente, la atención del personal correcta y educada y el desayuno es bastante bueno y completo. Está bien ubicado con sitios para comer o cenar al lado, no es un alojamiento ”perdido de la mano de Dios”. Hasta ahora todo bien, ¿no? Entonces, ¿cómo justificar mi título? Mis luces y sombras?? Parecen todo luces y ninguna sombra. Pues más bien mis sombras en realidad se deben precisamente a eso, a las luces y es que estando en España no se comprende no tener persianas, sólo hay unos estores que no cubren perfectamente las ventanas y entrar luz por la noche y, aunque esto es muy particular y subjetivo, me impidió dormir y descansar por lo que no puedo puntuar este alojamiento con mejor nota, porque de lo que se trata es de comodidades fundamentalmente.

La posizione è conveniente per i viaggiatori aerei, dal momento che è vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è amichevole e le camere sono tipici standard spagnolo (forse 1 stella meno per i rating tedeschi). In generale un buon posto.
