Stayed here on the way to a carnival cruise trip so I didn’t have to travel far or hit traffic the following day. Mobile check in didn’t work for me and had to approach the front desk. Bed was good and restive. There was a faint smell to the room that may be nauseating for others but it was ok for me for what I wanted from the stay.

The most important function of a good hotel is to enable a good night’s sleep in a clean and comfortable environment. During our four night stay, the hotel was perfectly quiet. The bed was comfortable. We were not awakened even once by external noises. Our room was immaculately clean. The maid came each day and had our room back in order before noon. We stayed in room 636. It had all the amenities we want from a hotel room. It had a refrigerator, a safe, a large TV, plenty of drawer space, and two comfortable beds. The bathroom had a separate tub, walk in shower, toilet area and sink. This is the largest functional bathroom area of any hotel room that we have seen. The hotel is a green facility. It is off the electric grid, with all power generated from solar panels on the roof. The front desk staff is very efficient, with check in taking about a minute and contactless express check out available. When we needed help with luggage, a staff person was available. When we needed an item we forgot to bring from home, a staff member brought the item to our room quickly. The hotel has a first class Japanese restaurant on the premises known as Ise Shima. It was open for three meal times. Room service is available. We visited for the breakfast buffet, which featured numerous healthy items for a traditional Japanese or American breakfast. We had a perfect experience in the restaurant, too. For the cost of the room, the entire experience is a great value. One can obviously see the great pride the staff has in delivering a perfect hotel experience. The hotel has free parking out front and security at the entrance. A guest cannot take the elevator above the first floor without a room key. The Wi-Fi was free and easy to access. It worked well. A public computer is available on the first floor. A small store also exists, accessible only with a room key. The hotel location is ideal for business or tourists. It is centrally located in the South Bay withi minutes of freeways I-405, I-110, and Route 91. LAX is about 20-25 minutes, downtown LA is less than 30 minutes, Redondo Beach is ten minutes, and Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm is about a 45 minute drive. We use the hotel as a base for visit of all attractions in the LA basin.

La piscina è fantastica! E '1:2 Indy e 1/2out. Non importa il tempo. E 'perfetto. E 'riscaldata all'anno. La zona del ristorante e del bar è bella e pulita. La posizione è perfetta se dovete fare qualche acquisto, perché è proprio intorno al centro commerciale Delamo.

È la prima volta che io sono stato in questo hotel, e anche se la stanza era molto bella, la prima stanza che ci ha dato era sporca. Il letto era stato usato, la cucina aveva spazzatura e cibo in esso, la tavola e il pavimento erano sporchi e ho prenotato questa stanza in mezzo a una pandemia e l'unica cosa che hanno fatto per compensarmi per avere una stanza sporca che poteva essere stata potenzialmente. contaminato con Covid per tutto quello che so è stato wafer di una tassa di parcheggio da 16 dollari. Quando in realtà io e tutti i miei amici rischiavamo le nostre vite e compromettevano la sicurezza dei nostri sistemi immunitari da questo hotel, dandoci le chiavi di una sala sporca. Ho soggiornato in un numero di hotel decente nella mia età e non ho mai ricevuto una stanza che non era stata pulita. Pensavo fosse particolarmente ridicolo, perché non ho idea di chi fosse stato in quella stanza prima di noi, avrebbero potuto essere cosi' cosi' cosi' invidiosi e avremmo potuto portare la casa ai miei familiari come questa era una esperienza ridicola. La cucina è bella e spaziale, ma non mi piaceva il modo in cui gestivano la situazione. E' stato un evento molto poco professionale e non mi sono apprezzato come hanno spento la situazione come non è un gran numero come se le persone non noleggiano hotel per la quarantena perché hanno covido o come se un infermiere in viaggio fosse rimasto nella stanza e è esposta a covid regolarmente? Belle camere d'albergo ma il servizio clienti potrebbe usare qualche lavoro la signora al desk sembrava annoiato e so che non è ovviamente sua colpa, ma solo la mancanza di attenzione che i dipendenti dell'albergo potenzialmente mettete me e i miei amici in pericolo è assolutamente ma come ho detto, belle camere, ma il servizio clienti potrebbe essere utile per un lavoro. La stanza stessa è 5 stelle, servizio clienti al desk 1 stella.

GREAT place to stay . Close to everything you need. Safe and rooms are big enough to feel at home . BIG TVs FREE WiFi. Beds are comfortable and water is always hot . Ice and soda machines .strong AC unit. Next to a dealership so it’s loud at night with car deliveries . On a main Street. Rooms aren’t the cleanest but its affordable and great if on a budget . HIGHLY recommended!!!!
