Me and my fiancee originally booked this hotel as it was the cheapest in the area. What a mistake this was. We were planning on staying for 39 days, but we're forced to leave early due to many reasons. The internet was nearly unusable, we both work remotely, so this was a bug part of it. But the hotel was filthy, stains on carpets, mould in the bathroom, thick layers of dust indicating that the room hasn't been cleaned properly. A note on the door thay it costs £10 to get fresh towels! When we explained that we're unable to stay, the staff were friendly and understanding, we apologised asking if it's possible to get a partial refund as there is still a month left on the room. One of the managers said he completely understood and would issue a refund, but we need to request through Agoda as we booked through them. After discussing with Agoda they have informed me that the hotel has made the decision to reject our request. Avoid this hotel and its ajoining sister hotel, Hotel Bonair, we were fooled by the staffs lies.
