La posizione è perfetta, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Union Station e proprio accanto al molo dei traghetti per Toronto Island. Il traghetto costa solo 8,70 CAD per andata e ritorno per 20 minuti. È un bel posto da visitare, soprattutto per chi ama la natura. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista sul lago, il che è altamente consigliato. È una vera foto scattata la mattina presto dalla finestra. Il servizio in camera è buono e la colazione a buffet con un sacco di varietà di cibo.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a great location for downtown Toronto. My room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable, the only slight downside is the view, which was to the back of the building looking onto a car park. It should be noted that the hotel is only 6 stories high, so views are not really possible. But if you're like me and only plan to spend time in your room to sleep and relax, it doesn't really matter.
Service was good, although felt a bit impersonal and rushed at times. However, the cleaning staff were the most lovely and sweet of them all.
There is no room service, but you can get food at the restaurant during opening hours and take it to your room, and there is a 24/7 kiosk with snacks and drinks.
I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient.
On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done.
The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk.
Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower!
No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms.
They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options.
Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

Prima di tutto, atteggiamento di servizio MALE. Quando ho fatto il check-out, il personale della reception stava giocando con il telefono e mi ha ignorato. Il personale delle pulizie ci ha accusato di non aver pulito il letto in modo che lei non potesse rifarlo. Lo capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è pessimo. Sono stato offeso.
Inoltre, l'allarme antincendio è suonato intorno alle 00:30! Sebbene sia un problema inevitabile, ha comunque influito sul nostro riposo.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Quindi ci farebbe pagare l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Stavo pensando che se un giorno avessi fatto un controllo, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratis.

L'hotel è carino e la camera in cui ho alloggiato era bellissima con una bella vista. Il personale è per lo più eccezionale, tranne una persona alla reception che ha mostrato un atteggiamento spiacevole nei miei confronti, ma tutti gli altri, dal concierge al personale del ristorante, alle adorabili cameriere, erano gentili e professionali.
Gli orari del ristorante sono un po' strani, quindi è una buona idea informarsi in anticipo se avete intenzione di pranzare lì, a volte chiude a mezzogiorno. Strano. Oltre a questo, è una bella esperienza.

Forse perché è un hotel di recente costruzione, le strutture sono buone ed è molto pulito! (Taxi
L'autista ha detto che è stato costruito quest'anno) Puoi chiudere le tende con un solo tocco e spegnere le luci mentre sei sdraiato sul letto :) È davvero comodo. I letti sono morbidi e il personale dell'hotel è cordiale!! Servizi come shampoo e balsamo erano buoni e in camera c'erano un asciugacapelli, una vestaglia, un frigorifero e capsule di caffè e tè Nespresso. C'è una piscina e una palestra al 3° piano. Soprattutto, era vicino alla metropolitana, quindi era fantastico visitare il centro!!

UUtente ospiteBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Difficult to identify entrance from the street, and check in is unclear and up a bunch of stairs. Also bunch of stairs (no ramp for disabled or luggage) from $50 parking garage.
Room is very nice - roomy and uncluttered. Only seating is 1 desk chair. Bathroom is huge and beautiful and wonderfully appointed!
Only interaction was on check in - very friendly and quick and professional.
Overall = Excellent but unsuitable for seniors or those with physical challenges.

UUtente ospiteI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

La stanza non è piccola, gli oggetti di letto sono generali, gli oggetti di biancheria sono anche molto generali, ma forniscono due bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno, che è molto buono per Samsung in Canada.
La colazione è buona, il grado di ricchezza raggiunge il livello di 4 stelle, con salsa di waffle e frutta fresca.Ma i bacon e le uova guardano l'atmosfera del cuoco, alcuni sono dolci
