In general, the hotel was quite nice. Just if there were a hand shower head it would be perfect. Plus I would expect complimentary water.

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower! No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms. They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options. Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

Avevo una certa familiarità con la tradizione del Fairmont Royal York - che era il vero affare, il re dei classici hotel ferroviari canadesi, ecc. Il Fairmont Royal York è il Fairmont Royal York: non ti deluderà.

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

The hotel service was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quaint for the one night. The included breakfast buffet was more than enough. The airport is in walking distance as you can see in the photo taken from my room's window view. I opted for the free hotel shuttle service. I recommed this hotel for a one/two-night stay.

L'hotel era davvero grande. L'intero hotel sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato e le camere sono grandi e pulite. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e sempre felice di aiutare! Il colazione incluso è lontano dalla maggior parte degli hotel per un colazione complimentare. La posizione è perfetta, meno di 10 minuti dalla metropolitana e vicino a una fermata stradale. L'hotel è quasi nel cuore del centro, quindi è facile venire e andare come vuoi durante il giorno. Raccomando questo posto e vorrei sicuramente tornare indietro!

Prima di tutto, l'atteggiamento del servizio BAD. Quando ho controllato, il servizio frontale giocava con il telefono e mi ignorava. Il pulizia ci accusava di non pulire il letto in modo che non potesse fare il letto. Capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è cattivo. Sono stato offensivo. Inoltre, l'allarme d'incendio suonava circa le 12:30! Anche se è una questione inevitabile, ha ancora influenzato il nostro resto. Ultimamente, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Poi ci avrebbe prelevato l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Pensavo che se avessi “un giorno per un controllo”, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratuitamente. !!!!!

Ho avuto una terribile esperienza attivata da Trip.com Ho fatto questa prenotazione il 1 giugno 2022, e immediatamente Trip.com ho dedotto il costo dalla mia carta di credito. Una volta arrivato all'hotel, mi è stato detto che la prenotazione esiste, ma che trip.com non ha pagato la prenotazione, quindi ho dovuto pagarla con la mia carta di credito. Trtip.com mi ha promesso di restituire il denaro alla mia carta di credito, tuttavia, finora non ho ricevuto nulla. Farò una denuncia a Trivago in modo che Trip.com non apparirà mai sulle raccomandazioni del trivago e procederò anche legalmente e eccotro la mia assicurazione legale in Svizzera perché boicotando con trip com mi ha creato una stretta inutile e mi ha fatto anche perdere un giorno della importante conferenza che ho partecipato (PDAC Toronto). Non riprenderò mai più con Trip.com e chiedo anche il rimborso per l'importo che Trip.com ha dedotto dalla mia carta di credito, più l'importo che dovevo pagare all'hotel. Viaggio com sei una divertente società di scammer. Non consiglio mai di usare trip.com a nessuno. César de la Cruz Curril

Buona posizione e bella camera da letto di dimensioni re Solo wifi deve pagare e gratuito per i membri di Marriott solo Sono membro di Marriott ma durante il check-out, mi ha prelevato una tassa WiFi, dopo la discussione, poi è stato rinunciato come membro, suggerisco di Offriamo WiFi gratuita per i clienti dell'hotel, poiché questo è molto comune in tutti gli altri hotel di alta classe
