La posizione è perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Union e vicino alla piattaforma di traghetto a Toronto Island. La nave costa solo 8.70 CAD per un viaggio in giro per 20 minuti. Check-in was easy after hours even though will be charged a late check in fee. Staff are okay, some not too friendly but night security guy was very helpful at welcoming. The location is awesome as you have close access to the streetcar, metro stations 5-10 minutes' walk and easy access to fast food and grocery stores. The dorms are spacious; however, the downside is if you end up with a top bunk there is not power outlet access as they are all on the bottom so you may have to power up in the sitting area outside the dorm or next door in the common area (kitchen and lounges). There have been complaints about the unhoused encampment across the street in the park, but it wasn't as much as expected but still quite the eye sore for the business but it's manageable as its pretty much people walking their dogs. The place is very clean, which is strictly enforced and a good thing (especially the kitchen). I like that! The next time I am in Toronto I will definitely stay here and would recommend. Clarence Park saved me hundreds of dollars on a near the airport hotel.

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

Il nostro fine settimana è stato un bel fine settimana, è un luogo ideale, un traghetto all'aeroporto di pochi minuti. Il personale dell'hotel è così piacevole parlare con, e utile con ogni piccolo dettaglio (grazie per la raccomandazione del posto pizza - era perfetto!) È stato bello avere incluso il colazione, e hanno una generosa scelta da scegliere! Siamo stati incastrati la piscina non è ancora operativa, ma sapevamo che prima di andare, quindi ci aspettiamo di goderla un'altra volta. Rimaneremmo qui, e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque cercasse un hotel pulito e conveniente vicino all'aeroporto. La nostra stanza era di fronte all'aeroporto e i bambini erano più felici di guardare che poi la TV (grazie!) E vale la pena notare che eravamo vicino all'ascensore, ma non era una questione di rumore a tutti (come abbiamo vissuto altrove nel passato) (Nota laterale, siamo stati soddisfatti che la temperatura della stanza era coerente (e il sistema di raffreddamento/riscaldamento è tranquillo!) È fantastico tutto intorno!

Il personale è bellissimo all'hotel e estremamente utile. La stanza era pulita e di base. E 'sotto la strada del volo, ma il rumore non è notabile alla notte. Il parcheggio è coperto così problematico se si guida un veicolo più grande come un camion di pick-up. Non ci sono altre opzioni per parcheggiare vicino. Il ristorante è buono e il loro personale è utile, ma ha scelte limitate. Ciò rende difficile per coloro che hanno restrizioni alimentari. Internet è lento, e la TV è un po' confusa per quanto riguarda la visualizzazione dei canali, ma non posso farlo bene. E' un piacevole hotel con personale cortese. This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby
