This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers. Washer and Dryer. Kitchen with cookware. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board.
According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guest name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot).  Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $20/night, please inform if you need parking ahead of time.
- Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet.
- I have Travel Crib and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.
 
The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check-in check-out process super easy. Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. I can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.
