Hyatt Place Hampi

Hyatt Hampi Place is a fabulous location for a family or couple only vacation. Set amidst the verdant greenery of Jindal Nagar, Hyatt is nestled amongst a great tree cover and quite well spread out to ensure your privacy. While the Hotel itself is quite an old property, the place has been maintained very well. The staff is truly exemplary and would like to make a special mention of the following people - 1. Vivek and Debasmita at Check-in counter : both extremely helpful and true example of service with a smile 2. Chandan - F&B Manager : service par excellence 3. James at the bar, Rahul & Shubham at The Gallery restaurant : fabulous customer service 4. Suresh, Ops Manager and Mahesh at the Spa – very helpful in arranging our appointments 5. Spa Therapists Khib and Reynolda – very skilful and competent We celebrated my wife’s birthday and had planned a special celebration for her; the staff went out of their way to provide all assistance with decorations, cake and making the party a success!!!! The only low point of our stay was lack of adequate hot water in the shower area. At best the water supply was lukewarm and the maintenance could not rectify the temperature / thermostat settings for water supply. But this was something which did not affect us completely since the weather was quite warm and humid.
