Ocean Views out front, Topsail Sound views out back with beautiful sunsets while grilling out on the gas grill. Pool table, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Private beach access directly across street 50 ft from property. Within minutes to restaurants and shopping. Great beach house House was roomie and had great proximity to the beach. Bedrooms , living room and dining areas were spacious. Views of the ocean were somewhat blocked but great views from back deck of intercostal. Very quiet residential area was welcoming.

Would stay again! Great location, property, and host. House was as described, beach was a very short walk across a small street. House was clean and comfortable. Lance was great as well. We look forward to visiting again next year!
