Hotel con piscina a Topeka

I arrived by train extremely early in the morning, and staff were kind enough to help me store my bags behind the desk before check-in. The common areas are large and clean, as was my room. I had to leave before breakfast, however, it is included. Although only a five minute walk from the Amtrak train, everything else is a decent (walking) distance away (although that seems typical for Topeka). The hotel itself is massive, which gives it the feeling of being mostly empty. As a solo female traveler I was a little creeped out by the isolation. The hotel had the usual wear and tear, but nothing dramatic. This is overall what I expect from a budget hotel, so I have few complaints.

Il 3 febbraio abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra squadra di danza e ho lasciato accidentalmente la mia stazione di carico per il mio iPhone e iwatch in camera quando ho lasciato sabato. Ho chiamato sabato sera quando ho capito che l'avevo lasciato. Parlando all'uomo che lavorava sul divano, mi assicurava che avesse avuto contatto con la custodia prima cosa al mattino, perché ci erano ancora membri della squadra che potevano riportarla quando se ne andavano domenica mattina. Domenica pomeriggio non ho ancora sentito niente, quindi ho chiamato di nuovo. Questa volta ho dovuto lasciare un messaggio con la custodia. Ho lasciato un paio di messaggi diversi e nessuno di loro è mai stato riportato. Ho chiamato di nuovo oggi (1 settimana dopo) e ho detto alla ragazza sul desk che avevo chiamato qualche volta su questo e non avevo mai ricevuto una risposta o una chiamata indietro. Ha detto: ”Bene, non è mai stato fatto.” Quando ho chiesto perché i miei messaggi non erano mai stati ripresi, non ha risposto a nessuno. Non ho dubbi che qualcuno l'abbia tenuta per me, qualunque sia il mio che l'abbia lasciata, Il fatto che non sia mai stato riportato un messaggio è estremamente frustrante. Se non fosse stato per questo incidente, avrei dato loro un rating di 4 stelle. La stanza era bella, il controllo del personale della notte del 3 febbraio era fantastico. Ma questo mi ha lasciato un gusto molto cattivo e non mi fermero' piu'.

Very nice employees. Room was large with separate sitting area. Beds were comfortable and premises clean. Only thing that wasn’t my fave was small bathroom with sink outside room. Breakfast was very good. Someone voiced concern that parking lot was dark and unsafe. It was extremely well lit and I felt as safe there as anywhere else. Shower had dispensers filled with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I’d stay here again.

Puli e confortevoli. Anche se quasi tutti gli Hampton Inn soddisfano questo standard, l'amicizia e l'aiuto del personale fanno questo uno spettacolo. Ci siamo stati qui prima e abbiamo avuto esperienze simili. In questo viaggio, ho lasciato vestiti in camera quando partimmo domenica. Ho chiamato: il personale di alloggio aveva cambiato i vestiti (non sempre il caso in questi hotel/motelli di medie dimensioni), e il personale di ufficio si è assicurato che mi fossero inviati immediatamente - e utilizzando una casella USPS meno costosa che quasi certamente non era la più grande Kudos a Retta (che era alla ricezione quando ho chiamato) e Atif (che apparentemente era la persona che mi ha effettivamente inviato il pacchetto)!

The Hotel Facility was fine maybe. A little above average. I like to walk to dinner after a day of travelling. Within five minutes walk I happened upon a non- script Mexican Restaurant! This family friendly diner welcomed me and provided me with the best Mexican dinner I have ever had (the pork was outstanding)! If you find yourself in Topeka book the SureStay by Best Western and buckle up for the best authentic Mexican food anywhere!!! Ranked #1 in Topeka it is honestly the best.
