Foleya Mountain Resort

A great staff and a charming view for those who want to escape from the city's busy world and who want to spend a quality time with their family and friends. A little bit advice for those that want to spend their time there, the place is excellent for a couple of nights not more Because there's not much to do.

The hotel is perfect and the Turkish food is also perfect but do not eat meat dishes that do not come from the Turkish kichen, the meat is like stone and you risk breaking your teeth.. Then there is the service part and I have traveled many places around the world and have stayed in many hotels but have NEVER seen such poor service, we were 10 people on holiday for 1 week and service was constantly poor, the staff does not smile, have never experienced anything like it, it ruined our holiday, it is especially those responsible people and their mentality that was miserable! The hotel gets 1 star because the hotel and the surroundings were beautiful!

The hotel is located in very beautiful scenery on top the mountain and greenery. It’s very clean with beautiful cottages. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, although communication in English is not possible and we used google translate for doing so. Only the front manager was able to speak English. In the restaurant the foods were very tasty. Turkish foods were available and breakfast were great. But I would suggest to have kid’s menu separately and also add seafood/grill fishes and fresh cuts fruits too. They have a mini market but if you stay longer time it’s better to do your mini shopping before staying and bring it with you from the city. The hotel also have a small kids club and some physical activities like high swing and telecabine (cable cars) available, and some more which will be open in the future! All in all we were so grateful to stay at Foleya and we would like to come back again as the scenery is priceless👌🏻, and the resort made our stay enjoyable. By the way they have jacuzzi and fireplace available inside some cottages if not all. (We had). During the cold weather it was very warm inside and they have floor heaters on! Thank you Foleya! 🙏🏻☺️

Müthiş bir ortam doğayla iç içe bir yer, müthiş bir manzara. Konaklama yerleri çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıda bir çok çeşit vardı. Akşam yemekleri gayet lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı 7buçuk denmesine rağmen saat 8'de kahvaltıya gittiğimizde çalışanlar yoktu, tek sıkıntı olarak söyleyebileceğim buydu.

Önce olumsuz izlenimlerim şöyle ; Yatak konforu, eseçilen malzemenin pamuk olmamasından kaynaklı rahatsızlıklar yarattı.Yemekler özellikle akşam yemekleri soğuk geldi. otelin konumundan dolayı akşamları serin oluyor, restoranda soğu yemek ve soğuk atmosfer de yemeğinizi yemeye çalışıyorsunuz. Tonya’da olup da sabah kahvaltısında ve akşam yemeğinde muhakkak yöreye ait yöresel yeneklerin o menüye dahil edilmesi turizim açısından çok önemli Doğa, tesis çok güzeldi ve keyifliydi.Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı.Odamızdan diğer kullanım alanlarına kadar her yer temiz.

Iki gun konaklamak icin gittik, malesef ikinci gun esim hastalandi ve cikis yapmak zorunda kaldik. Ne yardimci oldular nede anlayis gosterdiler neymis iade olmazmis. Zaten biz iade istemedik baska birzaman konaklamak icin sorduk oda mumkun degilmis. Gercekten yazik buyuzden size bir yildiz verdim, Hakkimida size helal etmiyorum.
