LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

AAmyUna esperienza deliziosa a Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Il personale era sorprendentemente attento e benvenuto. Ho appena soggiornato al JW Marriott a Shanghai e posso dire che il loro servizio è superiore. Il clubhouse è situato in una posizione molto centrale a Wuzhen, quindi l'accesso a tutto è stato super conveniente. Il ristorante cibo è stato uno degli altri punti di vista del soggiorno. KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody CoAbbiamo preso un autobus dall'aeroporto di Shanghai Pudong alla stazione nord di Jiaxing, poi abbiamo preso un taxi via Didi a Alipay per arrivare qui. La posizione del soggiorno era grande perché erano proprio accanto alla porta n. 2. Per gli stranieri, abbiamo dovuto ottenere biglietti e mostrare i nostri passaporti al centro visitatore a circa 100 metri dalla porta e dall'hotel. da prima della nostra arrivo tutto il modo di controllare, La risposta è sempre stata molto rapida e utile.Ci piaceva che l'hotel avesse anche un servizio di navetta gratuito per chiamarci e ci portò indietro a Dongzha (e la vecchia strada accanto a lui), così come la stazione di autobus per arrivare a Suzhou. Il zio era anche molto utile e amichevole, sempre pronto a aiutarci con il nostro bagaglio tutto il tempo fino al terzo piano e a darci le sue raccomandazioni sulle tempi, le direzioni e così via. Il giovane membro della famiglia in front desk è stato anche molto utile! Ci hanno detto di non impegnarci con le molte persone che offrono viaggi di giorno fuori solo per essere sicuri; ci hanno anche prestato ombrelli per la pioggia e il sole, e anche band-aid.
Ci piacerebbe rimanere in questo B&B di nuovo, ma chiedere un piano inferiore come il secondo solo perché di solito andiamo indietro a mezzogiorno e tendiamo a dimenticare le cose, quindi i voli delle scale sono qualcosa da considerare se non si è al di sopra dell'esercizio. La camera e il bagno erano molto puliti e buoni per i soldi! Sono stati anche molto considerati per mettere via tutti i centimetri su mia richiesta. Solo accanto al B&B erano piccoli pasticci, cibo e negozi, quindi ci siamo camminati anche la notte. Per Wuzhen, abbiamo fatto xizha solo per prima vicino all'hotel dalle 4:00 a partire da un giorno, poi dongzha , vecchia strada (magnato a pomeriggio) e xizha di nuovo alla notte il giorno successivo per risparmiare sui biglietti.

XXiaqiL'hotel è ben arredato e pulito, l'acqua del bagno è molto confortevole, la camera è grande e la vista sull'acqua fuori dalla finestra è fantastica. Effettuate prima il check-in presso il centro servizi turistici e poi prendete il bus navetta per l'hotel. Un maggiordomo vi verrà a prendere alla porta. La reception richiederà la tessera della camera e il riconoscimento facciale e poi vi accompagnerà in camera. L'hotel si trova all'ultima fermata del bus navetta, nella parte più interna della zona panoramica, quindi è molto comodo prendere l'autobus. Di notte è molto tranquillo e l'isolamento acustico è buono. La colazione è molto ricca. Se volete fare colazione con vista sul lago potete prenotare. Al mattino puoi vedere il Wuzhen deserto.

L'hotel si trova a soli 300 metri da Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticket center. Anche se non si trova all'interno della zona scenica, vale la pena rimanere qui perché ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi di comodità, parlocchi di massaggio, e tradizionali costume e compongono negozi che si può ottenere un prezzo migliore di quello all'interno della zona scenica. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a organizzare un rickshaw per portarci una tour nanzha (parte meridionale di Wuzhen) che illustra più il stile di vita della gente locale con poche belle aree per la fotografia e per acquistare prodotti locali. Molti drammatici cinesi sono stati anche filmati nella zona di Nanzha, che il ricchishaw ha spiegato molto bene, ma in mandarino cinese. Anche lui ha aiutato a prendere belle foto per noi. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto da Wuzhen a Tongli a un prezzo ragionevole. Se viaggiate da Hangzhou o Suzhou a questo hotel, consiglio di chiamare il proprietario dell'hotel e chiedere a lui di organizzare una macchina per farvi venire da questi luoghi a Wuzhen, soprattutto se viaggiate in gruppi di 2-4 persone perché la Il proprietario dell'hotel è in grado di ottenere una macchina a buon prezzo. EESMLLa nostra seconda volta a Wuzhen, quindi preferiamo stare una notte è il modo migliore o l'unico per il turista di godere di miracoli di Wuzhen Watertown.
Questo hotel è situato all'interno della città idrica, quindi è possibile andare a piedi fino a tardi e al mattino.
Dal momento che siamo stati prima al hotel, non sappiamo che l'hotel ha 2 entrate. Abbiamo controllato la zona comune, mentre i nostri bagagli saranno trasportati in hotel designati, perché abbiamo avuto solo un giorno per esplorare, senza cadere nel nostro hotel andiamo direttamente nella parte occidentale della città idrica di Wuzhen.
Questa volta abbiamo quasi finito l'intera area, e ci sono stati tanti sorpresi di cantare band all'interno dei ristoranti, e si è reso così bene.

Il colazione è un tipico tipo di buffet, buon gusto. I server sono molto efficienti, perché gli ospiti vengono in continuazione. Sono così attenti non appena hai finito il vostro cibo, sicuramente puliranno la piastra.

From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good.
