Perfect stay. Everything is great. Recomended

This hotel was a stop over for us which served its purpose. Probably wouldn’t consider for a long stay as we had no fridge in our room. Other than that, can’t fault it.

Hotel located near wuzhen. Just take around 5 minutes drive to wuzhen. The view outside hotel is very nice. A lots of restaurant and shop surrounding the hotel. All hotel staffs are very good service and polite.

Slightly older and simpler than some of the Atour hotels I've stayed in recently, but generally a very good stay. Clean, tidy and friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The room was clean and organized as described on the website. The hotels location was near all the places we wanted to visit during our stay.

The hotel is near Wuzhen resort areas. You can take 5 mins Di Di or take a walk for 15 mins to Wuzhen resort area. There is a long food street there for you to choose. Although this hotel looks like a Chinese traditional building, it is very clean. Receptionists are so kind and helpful.

亞朵整體還是值得信賴的品牌，這家烏鎮邊上的酒店有着江南風格的建築，服務是非常好，這幾天下雨有些冷，前台主動遞給熱茶，迷你吧也是免費暢飲，整體都是滿意的，要説缺點1是離烏鎮步行有點遠，2是節假日價格有點貴，3是晚上淋雨水不是很熱

春節居家出遊，選擇了烏鎮；烏鎮酒店選擇了亞朵，這是一個非常明智的選擇：酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床品很舒服，早餐品種豐富；前台服務員非常熱情，客房服務員也盡心盡責服務周到。酒店位置也很好，在東柵附近，對面就是烏鎮美食街去西柵也是步行可到。 下次有機會再來烏鎮還會選擇亞朵。

環境：隔音非常差 一個晚上沒睡好 住過華住會旗下那麼多 就這家讓我一個晚上沒睡着覺 ，醒到四點多迷迷糊糊睡著了八九點又被過道人吵醒了，一直有什麼電機的聲音和過道人聲。床墊很滑一不小心就移開了，撞到小腿第二天一個淤青

所有的連鎖酒店中，最鍾情於亞朵，貼心地準備小童洗漱用品和拖鞋已給我留下了不錯的初印象。考慮到第二天醒得較晚，提前買好了 早餐，沒有因為不在酒店用餐而有不悦，依然熱情地給我買的蛋糕裝入保鮮袋，第二天又另外用包裝袋裝好，方便我提着回房間用餐。走的時候，送了桐鄉當地的特產作為伴手禮，聽聞我忘了拿水，又每人送上一瓶礦泉水，重點是還是温水

新年的太太太驚喜了，不愧是我最喜歡的亞朵，服務一流棒，酒店漂亮安靜，好多外國人都選擇這個，媽媽特別開心，説走遍大江南北感受最好的酒店服務人員，我也覺得是，希望以後再來烏鎮住在這。在店裡給人家添了不少麻煩，一一謝過。祝大家新年快樂萬事如意。
