The hotel was excellent. The check in process in the Scenic Area ticket office was very smooth and the complimentary boat ride to the hotel made it really easy to get there.
The rooms are fabulous and the staff were very helpful, making a great effort to try to speak English to assist us.
Ms 余敏 Yu Min from reception was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay great!
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

If I can give a 6 out of 5, I will do so. Do a rednote check for room review. Booked a double single. Got a ground floor room.
Location of the property is right in the middle of the town, so easy access to parts of town, Family mart, morning market. Had a dedicated 1x ferry service (complimentary) and town tickets (included in room).
We had 小唐 taking care of us (our butler). Superb service. Very attentive to details. Felt like a VIP treatment, from the moment we step into the town till departure, I’m well taken care.
Quality of room was balanced between ancient and neo-chinese style, whole property was renovated well. Breakfast was great, very suitable for social media-ing.
We enjoyed our first time stay at Wuzhen because a lot of logistics and arrangements are taken care of for us and the room/property quality is really good.

We were a large group who last minute needed to find a different accomodation in Wuzhen. We chose the Splendid Clubhouse which turned out great.
The staff were very welcoming, helping us with every request. The rooms were huge and everything was clean.
We loved our stay in Wuzhen and would stay here again.

Splendid experience! Yu Min is an excellent butler! Her enthusiasm and professionalism made our trip at Wu Zheng an nforgettable one! The location of the clubhouse is unbeatable by others! A lovely accomodation indeed!

Had a great experience staying here, super friendly staff, especially Jiahui Fan who is our concierge, he is very patient, friendly and always ready to help. The house is conveniently located in the center of the ancient town, and apparently the house of the richest guy back then. Will stay here again if I come back.

Most beautiful place we have stayed in during our China trip. If we ever visit Wuzhen again, we will definitely stay at Splendid Clubhouse. All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant servers & concierge, were cheerful & helpful. Food is the restaurant was exquisite. The crispy roast duck is a must-have. Special thanks to 小艾 who made sure we were well taken care of, even when she was off duty.

We had wonderful stay at the clubhouse. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are super nice - Xiaoting personally helped us bringing our luggage back to the entrance and wait with us for our car. Highly recommend!!
