Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla con due letti grandi e un tatami. Era spaziosa e confortevole, pulita e igienica, molto buona! Anche il servizio alla reception è molto buono e i problemi vengono risolti in modo tempestivo. Anche la colazione era molto buona e deliziosa. Nel complesso, si tratta di un hotel semplice ma semplice che vale la pena consigliare. L'hotel è molto vicino al Gate 2 della Xizha Scenic Area, proprio diagonalmente di fronte. È particolarmente conveniente per gli anziani di età superiore ai 70 anni riscattare i biglietti gratuiti, perché possono essere riscattati solo presso il centro assistenza clienti qui.

Room: air con noise was too loud. Unable to sleep well through the night. Top of screen is tilted and projector is too high for us to adjust. Location: super close to gate no.2 for getting in. But, it’s too dark and felt unsafe to walk out through this gate after sunset. My friend and I chose to follow the crowd to main gate. Amenties: one-time use towel with 50%fiber. New experience! Please use it gently if you dont being own towel ^^

Hotel is located very near to the scenic area which is a plus point. There isn’t any lift in the hotel but the hotel did arrange someone to help carry our bags up to our room. The bed was surprisingly very comfy. Downside to the stay - they only provide one time use towels which I personally do not think it is very useful as it could barely absorb anything. The rubber attached to the toilet door in my room was missing causing the water to leak out of the toilet when we take a shower and we did not have any floor mats to clean up the mess. We could only use the smaller one time towel provided by the hotel, which again it could barely absorb anything.

Nice, good location

Checked in and was told that they upgraded our room to bigger one. The room looked good with fake Sakura tree and bathtub. But the room furniture were old and not well maintained. The toilet was in bad condition and could see rust here and there. Quite disappointed with the stay.

I actually felt like royalty.

酒店距離烏鎮西柵景區2號入口很近，雖然沒有電梯，不過工作人員會幫忙拿行李上去。房間很大很寬敞，設計也很漂亮，該有的物品都有提供。儘管衹有一個晚上，我們住得很開心。隔天早上在樓下餐廳吃了熱乎乎的餛飩麪，很好吃！

第二次住這家店了，房間還可以，有窗户，也挺大的，就是隔音稍微差點，早上水流聲音很大，其他時間還行。 去年我記得是有早飯的，今年不提供了。哦對了，晚上空調聲音有點大。

酒店位置便利，房間整潔明亮，設施齊全，服務貼心專業。入住體驗非常愉快，整體氛圍舒適安心，值得推薦，會再回住。
