The previous life of the hotel was built by the Qian family, who did business in the late Qing Dynasty. The whole old house was a typical garden building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Later, it was renovated to integrate the modern new Chinese style, which not only retained the century-old architectural culture, but also reflected the modern elegant atmosphere. In the Spring Festival of 1999, the neighbors caught fire. The first building was burned, and then the fire wall was preserved. In 2004, it was fully repaired according to the original layout structure of the hall. In order to strengthen the residents' awareness of fire prevention and the witness of history, the door that year was burned in that year was retained. The previous life of the hotel was built by the Qian family, who did business in the late Qing Dynasty. The whole old house was a typical garden building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Later, it was renovated to integrate the modern new Chinese style, which not only retained the century-old architectural culture, but also reflected the modern elegant atmosphere. In the Spring Festival of 1999, the neighbors caught fire. The first building was burned, and then the fire wall was preserved. In 2004, it was fully repaired according to the original layout structure of the hall. In order to strengthen the residents' awareness of fire prevention and the witness of history, the door that year was burned in that year was retained. As the saying goes: the fire is prosperous and the ingots rolled in. I also hope that the guests will have a lot of money.

Luxurious stay at 恒益堂 with butler service, thoughtful and detailed services provided by the staff, fine dining style breakfast, afternoon tea and super comfy bed. Definitely worth it fof the high quality stay here!

The Service was AMAZING! Everything was great, hotel room was clean, new and comfortable/cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fruit was delicious. The vibe fits the theme park perfectly. Had one of the best service/experience here.

This hotel is wonderful. Service is excellent. The butler name 格桑is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for the travelers.

We had a positively delightful experience at Hengyi in 乌镇 thanks to our butler, 格桑. He was attentive and meticulous in service both in anticipating our needs and in responding to our requests. More significantly, after he helped us to take a family portrait, he surprised us with a framed photo of the photo taken in under an hour. I was however disappointed to find a soiled towel in the bathroom but our butler quickly had them replaced by the service crew. Ask for 格桑when in your stay at Hengyi. We’d definitely be back to Hengyi at 乌镇！Highly recommend!!!

Hotels offer an unforgettable experience that perfectly blends the ancient charm of China with modern luxury.
From the moment we enter the doors of the hotel, our Butler Mrs.竹君 brings us a warm welcome and personalized service that is second to none. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure me and my family every need is met. They go out of their way to provide genuine hospitality, making us feel like a VIP during out stay.
It is highly recommended one of the best hotel in wu zheng.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.
