Molto pulito e letti sono davvero comodi. Avete dormito bene qui. Non si trova nella zona scenica, quindi dobbiamo comprare biglietti quando entrano nelle loro zone scenica orientale e occidentale. Non posso godere del panorama mattinale ma il livello di comfort è alto.

這家酒店就在烏鎮景區外，緊靠北門的位置，非常近，酒店裡有個水池裡邊有很多魚，小孩子很喜歡在這兒看魚，後院還可以免費停車，不過停車的地方比較小，好在酒店服務很熱情，前台很熱情的幫忙指導。房間裏的兩張床超級大，超級舒服，榻榻米床還帶護欄，看來是專為小孩子設計的，太貼心了！酒店旁邊各種吃飯的也特別多，很方便！

Un posto davvero grazioso e accogliente dove soggiornare 😍 a due passi dal cancello occidentale di Wuzhen. Situato in una strada tranquilla piena di altri alloggi in famiglia (non so se è dovuto al periodo invernale non di punta). Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Non c'è ascensore e ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al piano di sopra. I design e le decorazioni degli alloggi in famiglia, i servizi sono fantastici. La colazione è ben presentata, cibo confortante. Ho ordinato anche il tè, perché è uno dei loro piatti tipici.

樸亓民宿真是讓我驚喜！位置絕了，出門走幾步就到景區，特別方便。房間很大，佈置也很温馨古樸，床品乾淨舒服，睡得很香。老闆楊哥人超nice，熱情又貼心，給了我們很多遊玩建議，還幫忙訂票，省了不少心。價格也很實惠，性價比超高，完全超出預期！周邊吃的也多，早餐還能吃到地道的烏鎮小吃。晚上回來還能在院子裏坐坐，吹吹風，特別放鬆。總之，這次住宿體驗很棒，下次來烏鎮肯定還選這家，強烈推薦給來玩的朋友！

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

XXiaqiL'hotel è ben arredato e pulito, l'acqua del bagno è molto confortevole, la camera è grande e la vista sull'acqua fuori dalla finestra è fantastica. Effettuate prima il check-in presso il centro servizi turistici e poi prendete il bus navetta per l'hotel. Un maggiordomo vi verrà a prendere alla porta. La reception richiederà la tessera della camera e il riconoscimento facciale e poi vi accompagnerà in camera. L'hotel si trova all'ultima fermata del bus navetta, nella parte più interna della zona panoramica, quindi è molto comodo prendere l'autobus. Di notte è molto tranquillo e l'isolamento acustico è buono. La colazione è molto ricca. Se volete fare colazione con vista sul lago potete prenotare. Al mattino puoi vedere il Wuzhen deserto.

Solo informarlo di ciò che hai bisogno o dove vuoi andare e consiglierà il miglior metodo e anche aiutare a organizzare per il trasporto, servizi ecc al miglior prezzo. L'hotel si trova a soli 300 metri da Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticket center. Anche se non si trova all'interno della zona scenica, vale la pena rimanere qui perché ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi di comodità, parlocchi di massaggio, e tradizionali costume e compongono negozi che si può ottenere un prezzo migliore di quello all'interno della zona scenica. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a organizzare un rickshaw per portarci una tour nanzha (parte meridionale di Wuzhen) che illustra più il stile di vita della gente locale con poche belle aree per la fotografia e per acquistare prodotti locali. Molti drammatici cinesi sono stati anche filmati nella zona di Nanzha, che il ricchishaw ha spiegato molto bene, ma in mandarino cinese. Anche lui ha aiutato a prendere belle foto per noi. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto da Wuzhen a Tongli a un prezzo ragionevole. Se viaggiate da Hangzhou o Suzhou a questo hotel, consiglio di chiamare il proprietario dell'hotel e chiedere a lui di organizzare una macchina per farvi venire da questi luoghi a Wuzhen, soprattutto se viaggiate in gruppi di 2-4 persone perché la Il proprietario dell'hotel è in grado di ottenere una macchina a buon prezzo. UUtente ospiteSuper bello, pulito e spazioso! La proprietaria è super entusiasta. La disposizione generale del B&B dà anche l'impressione del paesaggio del giardino della città acquatica di Jiangnan. La posizione del B&B è molto vicina alla Porta Ovest e alla Porta Est di Wuzhen. Ci vogliono solo pochi minuti a piedi lì. C'è una strada degli snack davanti al B&B, quindi non devi preoccuparti della colazione e del barbecue. La maggior parte di loro ha negozi di frutta, piccoli supermercati, ecc., e anche il cibo da asporto è molto conveniente! Non ho deciso per la camera fronte fiume, ma è disponibile anche la camera al piano superiore, dotata di servizi completi, aria condizionata e zanzariere verranno accese in anticipo, inoltre la camera è grande e molto pulita. Coloro che non hanno ricevuto l'ordine gratuito del tè mattutino hanno mangiato un boccone a casa del capo, ed era davvero delizioso. Consiglio di soggiornare nell'Edificio 72, non rimarrete delusi. Assicurati di rimanere nella zona panoramica di Xizha: lo scenario e le luci sono particolarmente belli di notte e gli autobus turistici sono illimitati. C’è un altro vantaggio dell’Edificio 72. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
