本來衝著新開的酒店去的，環境不錯，但是衞生確實不怎麼樣。地毯上有毛髮，地板也是，角落和馬桶上都有毛髮，地是拖了，頭髮還沾在地板上。不應該先用吸塵器吸一下嗎？角落一看就是很久沒打掃。我和妹妹兩人帶三個娃住的兩間房。9號早上退房的，下午我們在富陽，我妹妹想起來她的一枚蝴蝶金戒指和一對金耳飾忘在房間床頭的盤子裏了，我們打電話過去請找一下，前台一會打電話説沒有，然後又説問問保潔員，再來電話説保潔員説沒有。東西忘在酒店，第一個想到的就是房間打掃過沒？我也不想説啥了，算倒黴吧！還有充電樁，有是有，電價跟服務區一個價，貴也就算了，有充電樁的車位全被不充電的車佔位，問保安説沒辦法。

UUtente ospiteIt was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation.
I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time.
Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. It was a warm and memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that is excellent, convenient, and offers truly impressive service.

The property is tucked away in a peaceful setting, that made waking up each morning feel like a little escape from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a simple charm — nothing overly fancy, but everything you really need for a pleasant stay.
The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to offer travel tips or just have a friendly chat. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from keeping the shared spaces tidy to offering hot tea on cooler evenings.
The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, yet quiet enough to truly relax. If you’re looking for a comfortable, homely spot that lets you slow down and breathe in some fresh air, Songshuling Guesthouse is worth a visit.

MMLFooThey have excellent heating and air conditioning in the room, even in the bathroom! The room and bathroom are very clean and modern. It’s also very quiet, we slept extremely well for 2 nights.
There was no elevator but the boss took our 2 big luggages upstairs for us. The lady boss is very warm and helpful. She’s also the cook. We had excellent breakfast of porridge and various dishes. She can also cook noodles if you prefer it. The hotel has very modern facilities and look very posh. It is only 4 minutes’ walk from yaolin wonderland. Highly recommended

AAllimamaNon mi sono reso conto che questo era un soggiorno a casa quando ho prenotato questo. Ma una volta che mi sono sconvolto di non stare in un hotel, il posto è grande. La signora era super bello, il posto era molto pulito e tutto era nuovo. Ha cucinato così tanti piatti per noi per colazione!! Ha anche aiutato a organizzare un viaggio a Hangzhou per la nostra famiglia. La posizione è un po' fuori strada, e non c'è niente intorno a tutta questa zona. Ma è molto vicino al parco di divertimento di Tianzedi dove stavo prendendo i bambini, così siamo riusciti a ottenere un inizio precoce e a evitare le linee.

BBasleleWe were in the mountains of Tonglu with my family for two days and it has been the most wonderful experience we have had in China. The Hotel is located in the upper part of the mountain with incredible views. The rooms comfortable and beautiful and the service was more than we could ask for. Pan and his family are always willing to help and make us feel at home. I have to remark the delicious food we had during our stay, we are vegetarian and we were surprise of the variety and fresh food we were served each time. We will undoubtedly be back and highly recommend Pan’s place.
