本來衝著新開的酒店去的，環境不錯，但是衞生確實不怎麼樣。地毯上有毛髮，地板也是，角落和馬桶上都有毛髮，地是拖了，頭髮還沾在地板上。不應該先用吸塵器吸一下嗎？角落一看就是很久沒打掃。我和妹妹兩人帶三個娃住的兩間房。9號早上退房的，下午我們在富陽，我妹妹想起來她的一枚蝴蝶金戒指和一對金耳飾忘在房間床頭的盤子裏了，我們打電話過去請找一下，前台一會打電話説沒有，然後又説問問保潔員，再來電話説保潔員説沒有。東西忘在酒店，第一個想到的就是房間打掃過沒？我也不想説啥了，算倒黴吧！還有充電樁，有是有，電價跟服務區一個價，貴也就算了，有充電樁的車位全被不充電的車佔位，問保安説沒辦法。
