Ottimo luogo, la cena, anche se è un piccolo cibo è ricco e si può servire a vostro gusto con latte sgrassato, l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che non c'è nessuno che si occupa della pulizia dei tavoli, Allora, come lasciano gli ospiti, ti toccano così, da lì fuori tutto è molto pulito.

Abbiamo ricevuto un buon trattamento da parte del personale dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza, camere pulite con riscaldamento e attrezzatura. First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Con una excelente ubicación ya que te puedes mover Lara muchos puntos importantes de la ciudad , además de que está dentro de un centro comercial y puedes aprovechar para hacer todo tipo de compras, incluso alimentos y bebidas a cualquier hora, el único detalle es la atención siento que les falta más actitud de servicio, adicional que tuve un detalle al momento de que me enviaran mi factura sobre la estancia, no contestan teléfonos ni correos y creo que eso me dejó un mal sabor de boca . Adicional , deberían cambiar el clima es bastante ruidoso .

muy bonito hotel, sus instalaciones y su ubicacion son execelentes. el desayuno muy rico, estaria mejor si tuvieran mas personal para que el desyuno estuviera mas completo aunque tuviera un costo extra. mucho ruido por las mañanas, al parecer muchos huespedes entran a trabajar temprano y hacen mucho ruido.
