It is a beautiful lodge and farm, we cannot wait to go again. The staff is friendly and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was amazing and plentiful, we never felt hungry and enjoyed the views from the restaurant.

The trip was incredible. I've never seen more beautiful resort in my life. The place is magical in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by magnificent views and energy. People were extremely hospitable and kind. And of course the rum was fantastic! Copalli Cacao rum is heavenly delicious, especially in Pina Coladas! The best trip!

We came as a business tour for the distillery. We had the most hospitable atmosphere, everyone was So friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience all around. Touring the facility and seeing that they really do care about more than just the profits. From the community to the environment, it’s so inspiring

Incredible jungle stay. This place is absolutely magical. From the sounds of the jungle, the drinks, the views, food and the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff!! We loved the cacao excursion it was very interesting and we learned a lot about chocolate making. I would definitely come back!

We came here for our honeymoon because we wanted to explore southern Belize. We were close to the beach, waterfalls, and Mayan ruins. We wanted to explore Punta Gorda and learn more about the Maya culture. Mission accomplished . This trip met our expectations but the accommodations were surprisingly luxurious! I felt like a pampered princess. They came in and cleaned when we left during the day and then returned in the evening to prepare the room for sleep, by closing certain blinds and removing decorative pillows. I have never enjoyed a room so much. The rain hitting the rooftop lulled me into a deep sleep at night. I didn’t mind the morning rains because I could enjoy my coffee on the porch and watch nature.

We spent a wonderful anniversary at the amazing Copal Tree resort. Go to experience the farm, distillery, and the rainforest. The staff is always jovial and helpful. A shout out to the Chef, Desmond, Wilfred, Elon, Joseph, Elmer, Ambro, Jayna, Ducky, Tim, and the whole family. We will definitely return.

HAD THE MOST INCREDIBLE STAY AT COPAL TREE LODGE! From the check in process with Giselle getting a welcome drink upon arrival and checking out with Elisha in the morning. This Eco friendly lodge is absolutely a hidden treasure of the south. The food was a dream come true- dinner was exceptional: thank you to servers Ambro and Elmer and also General Manager Walucco who made sure to check in on all guests it was such a personal experience and we cannot wait to be back.

Copal tree lodge is the most amazing place I have ever stayed in my life. The staff could not have shown us a better time. We will be going back next year. We did the sunset river cruise and intro to birding, both were amazing experiences. Our guide Wilfred was awesome!

We went to Copal Tree Lodge for our honeymoon and had the best experience! Even though it was their rainy season when we went in August, it was sunny most of the time and we were still able to do all of the excursions we signed up for. There was also the added bonus of the lodge being quieter, but we did meet some wonderful new friends there. The lodge is gorgeous and all of the staff are extremely friendly. The food is top tier and might have been our favorite part of the whole trip. However, the plethora of fun excursion were a top contender. I would highly recommend Copal Tree Lodge to anyone wanting to experience the wonders of the jungle.
