Hotel in zona Estacion del Ferrocarril, Toledo

L'hotel moderno è situato vicino ai termini dell'autobus e agli scalatori che offrono accesso alla vecchia città. Ho presentato una denuncia ragionevole al check-out riguardo alla stanza dell'hotel. La denuncia è stata seguita per iscritto all'hotel e alla società di prenotazione. Non ho nemmeno ricevuto un riconoscimento, non ho mai avuto alcuna intenzione di scusarmi. La compagnia di prenotazione mi ha detto che l'hotel non ha nemmeno fatto parte. Questo non è un hotel economico, si sarebbe aspettato un 3* e più elevati standard, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la manutenzione delle camere. Forse la denuncia sarebbe stata presentata in francese e sarebbe stata risolta.

Great Hotel in the city centre. Top location. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice staff. Mini Bar. The free walking tour in. English starts in the front of the hotel. The sightseeing busses ar with 50 metres. Ideal for a two or three days stay in the old city of Toledo

This Hotel claims to be 4 star but misses this rating significantly. On the PLUS side - Lovely traditional building in great shaded garden with two swimming pools. Good location to access the walled city via an escalator. Reception staff helpful & multi-lingual. The NEGATIVES - Hotel appears to be seriously under-staffed and poorly trained customer facing staff. Given the multinational guests staying there the customer facing waiting staff can only understand/communicate in Spanish. Breakfast was chaotic - have to seek out a staff member to take your order & on one occasion not arriving until challenged then delivered cold. Not able to get a drink of coffee/beer at 12.00 noon - told bar didn't open until 1.00pm. No bar service at pool, having to go down 3 flights of stairs to get a drink - but not until 1.00pm earliest! despite 28 degrees of heat. Ask to see their drinks list & you get a blank stare back or the word ”drinks?” Full menu in restaurant only available Thurs to Saturdays! Rest of week is every limited menu (same menu at dinner & lunch) will no other options for food outside of lunchtime at 1.00pm or dinner at 8.30pm. In 4 days we saw no evidence on any effective management of staff or processes to ensure staff control, direction or to deliver effective or good customer service. The customer service falls well short of accepted 4 star standards with limited availability of food/times and drinks when required during Toledo hot days. Apart from the property itself & gardens the overall experience would barely achieve a 2 or 3 star rating internationally. Our 3 star hotel in Segovia was more satisfying.

l'hotel è molto bello ma ha alcune carenze veramente gravi per un 5 stelle: la colazione consiste in un tagliere con qualche fetta di prosciutto e formaggio e pane, 2 mini croissant, ciambellone secco, yogurt e marmellata. Succo di arancia unica opzione. Dicono di averlo fatto per il covid ma certamente il costo non è giustificabile. Consiglierei di preparare una lista per ordinazioni con tutte le opzioni che si trovano normalmente in un buffet (che comunque è la miglior soluzione). Nel corridoio del terzo piano dove era la stanza si sentiva un tremendo odore di fogna, penso che anche questo sia inaccettabile per un 5 stelle, piuttosto meglio dare una stanza in un altro piano dato che l'hotel era quasi vuoto. Tutto ciò denota una scarsa attenzione al cliente.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Check in was easy, we parked in the area just outside the hotel, unloaded our bags and the staff told us about free parking just up the road. The location is nice, the area is clean and quiet. We walked to Toledo Cathedral, about 2.2kms and 28mins walk. There are a few restaurants and cafes along the way for breakfast, dinners or drinks. Our room was very comfortable, we paid the extra to have a view and it was definitely a wow moment to see the cathedral, monastery etc in the distance, especially all lit up at night.

Il primo hotel della nostra vacanza in Spagna è stato il Perador de Toledo e non potava esserci scelta migliore. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, la camera e bagno ampi, ben arredati e pulizia impeccabile. Tutto il personale della Reception, Cafetería e Ristorante è stato cortese, amichevole e attendo. Abbiamo cenato due sere ed i piatti ci sono piaciuti molto. La ciliegina sulla torta è la vista su Toledo, impareggiabile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wonderful experience such a charming hotel with a feeling of old time century. The front reception staff are excellent with great knowledge, looking to really make your Toledo experience maravilloso. I was giving an upgraded room with an amazing view of the old city. The rooms are lovely well cleaned and very rustic old charm. The hotel as a restaurant and lobby bar. No coffee markers in the room they have a nespresso machine complimentary all day. They offer free parking on the hotel grounds I would recommend this hotel for a different experience.

Non mi piacerebbe considerare questo hotel a 5 stelle, le viste e le circostanze sono grandi, ma è tutto a che fare. L'hotel ha bisogno di una corretta rigenerazione, i mobili sono antichi e con chiare indicazioni di uso, mosquito e polvere che copre molte aree. L'intero posto dà una vibrazione di 70 anni, e non in buona maniera. Il peggio per me è quanto le camere sono prodotte male. I piani dei corridoi sono aperti, ma c'è un ampio divario tra le assi, quindi quando la gente si gira intorno a portare bagagli, sembra un treno di carico che passa fuori dalla stanza, e non molto quando succede presto al mattino. Il colazione e il ristorante sono buoni, e la maggior parte del personale è bello.

On the positive side, the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms - could do with an update, but bigger than average; Housekeeping was efficient. However, with almost 300 rooms,be aware that this hotel caters for tourist parties/conferences/events with all that that implies i.e. 2 sittings for breakfast. There was a huge choice for the buffet breakfast, but not a place for a romantic breakfast, or indeed dinner, as the noise level in the cafeteria is very loud; I hesitate to call it a restaurent as there is another in the complex which we didn't try. The hotel is also about 2kms from the historical centre of Toledo, which could be one of the reasons for your visit. Apparently it is possible to walk there (uphill after a flat approach, and in the heat?), but it is difficult to navigate and the receptionists weren't able to be much help. As a consequence in order to visit you need to take a taxi (approximately 10 euros each way) which adds to the cost. And if you don't wish to eat at the hotel you also need to book a taxi. In this respect, the receptionists were very helpful. If your reason for visiting Toledo is for a conference, then this could be for you, otherwise as a simple tourist, I would look elsewhere in town.

Amore questo hotel. Certamente tornerà per un soggiorno più lungo se mai torna a Toledo. Dalle foto ho pensato che fosse bello, ma quando ci siamo arrivati, eccetto controllare un po' di impegnato aspettare come 15 minuti, la camera n decor dell'hotel era stupenda! La stanza è grande e gratuita.Abbiamo preso una bottiglia dal minibar n voleva pagare quando si è verificato, il personale ha detto che non c'era problema, solo un piccolo gesto fa un'ottima impressione.
