La classificazione di posizione dipende da ciò che vuoi vedere quando soggiorni in Giappone. Se vuoi stare in un posto che non è pieno, rumore e avere un po' di vista. Penso che dovrai amare questo. Sarà un po' lontano dal centro città di Tokyo. Ma tutto qui è davvero buono, il personale è molto amichevole e la camera è comoda.Inoltre, non si deve preoccupare della difficoltà di acquistare cose, perché c'è un supermercato davanti all'hotel. Vi consiglio di rimanere qui per una notte se avete un giorno di riserva o siete delusi di Tokyo.Questo può davvero cambiare la vostra opinione. Non restare solo nel centro della città.

Non posso lamentarmi perché è molto economico, ma per coloro che possono tollerare un certo grado di danni agli edifici vecchi e alle camere.La cosa più preoccupata è che l'acqua calda sia troppo calda o troppo fredda, non riesco a controllarla. Vicino all'erba, la concorrenza è intensa, quindi si può vivere in un posto nuovo e bello nello stesso intervallo di prezzo, ma nel palazzo, perché non c'è concorrenza, può non essere utile. Ma penso che queste immobili peggioreranno l'immagine del marchio dell'azienda, quindi non credo che Livemax abbia il futuro.

Il freddo/calore della stanza non è molto controllato. Il corridoio della stanza ha un sapore, ma è meglio nella posizione geografica eccellente. Ci sono cose intorno. コロナウィルスが流行る少し前に連泊させていただきました。八王子駅南口を出て徒歩3分ほどでしょうか。立地が良く建物が新しくレジャー、ビジネス問わず快適な滞在が可能です。広さは大手ビジネスホテルと似たり寄ったりですが、備品等真新しいので狭さはさほど気になりませんでした。フロントは若い男女で、両名ともに笑顔に溢れ言葉遣いも丁寧でテキパキとしておりとても気分よく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。グループホテルは３か所ほどお世話になっておりますが、どこも綺麗で立地が良く、何より良心的な価格設定なのがとても魅力的です。また近日中に宿泊させていただきます。

Yyqzhong9La stanza non è grande, appena sufficiente spazio per due scatole.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e il trasporto è comodo. Tuttavia, quando sono arrivato ho preso una deviazione un po', puoi andare direttamente alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana leggera dal secondo piano.
Shinjuku è molto vivace e comodo per andare ovunque. Ci tornerò in futuro.

1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option.
2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line.
3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet.
4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late.
5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday)
The premise:
1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat
2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉
3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day
4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces
5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate
6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too.
Improvement recommendation:
1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it
2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind.
3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option.
Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

DDannyHo soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Jr Kyushu Blossom Shinjuku e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente invincibile, ricevendo un punteggio perfetto di 5/5. Situato vicino alla stazione Shinjuku Jr e al centro commerciale Lumines 1 e Lumines 2, offre una comodità non paragonabile per esplorare Tokyo e passare ad altre parti della città e semplici esigenze commerciali. La pulizia e il servizio sono stati anche di prima qualità, entrambi meritano una solida valutazione 5/5. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per assicurare un soggiorno confortevole, e le camere sono state mantenute impeccabilmente pulite durante la mia visita.
Le strutture erano mediocre, guadagnando una valutazione media di 3/5. Anche se erano sicuramente funzionali e soddisfacenti, non c'era alcun fattore di wow per loro. Tuttavia, data la posizione principale e il servizio eccezionale dell'hotel, questo può essere facilmente ignorato. In generale, l'Hotel Jr Kyushu Blossom Shinjuku è una scelta molto raccomandata per chiunque cerca un soggiorno conveniente e confortevole a Tokyo.

SShinogawaIl personale della reception era molto attento ai dettagli e il servizio di campana era di prim'ordine. Il bus navetta per l'aeroporto era molto comodo. La posizione è in realtà molto vicina a Shinjuku se si cammina attraverso l'area stradale di Nishi-shinjuku anziché seguire le mappe di Google dalla stazione di Shinjuku. C'è anche una linea ferroviaria locale proprio dietro l'ingresso laterale dell'hotel che è facile da scambiare in direzione dell'area di Ginza/Ueno/Asakusa. L'hotel dispone anche di una combinazione aperta fino alle 2 del mattino. C'è anche una lavanderia aperta 24 ore su 24 per lavare i vestiti. Anche il WiFi era molto buono nella camera d'albergo. I canali TV possono essere migliorati avendo più canali inglesi. Anche la lavanderia ha un'eccellente vista del Monte Fuji! Se la tua camera ha questa vista, sei fortunato! Questo hotel è inoltre situato nella parte più tranquilla di Shinjuku, accanto all'edificio degli uffici governativi.

Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.

YyongdanielIt’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel.
The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful.
Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

UUtente anonimoSi consiglia molto chiunque vuole rimanere a Ginza e vuole un po' di merda all'interno dell'hotel. Non può spiegare la gioia di tornare dopo un lungo giorno di 25k passi e soffocare in un po' di merda. L'hotel dispone di un bagno e di mutandine all'aperto (non per la stanza) per poterlo usare per muoversi intorno all'hotel. Il naso ha anche gel da doccia, shampoo e condizionatore, quindi tutto quello che dovete fare è portare un asciugamano che l'hotel offre anche. Per chiunque si chieda, l'hotel ha anche una moneta operata lavatrice e asciugatrice. Non ricordo il costo esatto, ma un ciclo di lavaggio e asciugatura probabilmente ammonta a circa 300 yen! Vale la pena evitare lavanderia a casa.
Per la stanza stessa, anche se è piccola, con qualche manovra di esperti, siamo riusciti a aprire 1 grande e 1 piccolo bagaglio per imballare le cose. È una tipica camera giapponese di dimensioni piccole, ma è piuttosto funzionale, quindi funziona se stai cercando di chiudere gli occhi. In generale, consiglio questo hotel!

La stanza è delle giuste dimensioni e puoi spingere dentro la valigia dopo aver tirato fuori la sedia sotto il letto.
I cuscini originariamente forniti erano davvero duri e avevo paura quando mi sono sdraiato su di loro, ma c'erano altri cuscini forniti accanto all'ascensore, che erano molto buoni.
C'è anche un drink bar e una grande vasca da bagno. Viene fornita la password per entrare nella vasca da bagno, il che lo fa sentire molto sicuro.
