Il panorama della stanza è molto buono, molto pulito e completamente privo di sporcizia.Dall'ingresso all'hotel all'uscita, l'atteggiamento di servizio di tutti i dipendenti è molto buono.Prova la firma e la bar pizza in entrambi i ristoranti, la qualità del servizio e il sapore del cibo sono molto buoni. Anche se il prezzo dell'hotel è alto, verrà di nuovo!

I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals. 

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

La stanza è abbastanza grande da offrire un servizio avanzato. Oltre al premio di ricatto o premio di ricatto, il concetto di servizio dell'hotel di quattro stagioni non sarà mai deludente. L'unica carenza è  Colazione molto generale, non ci sono molte opzioni di forma di pacchetto, non c'è gusto per mangiare, quindi l'ambiente di cibo è cattivo,  non è raccomandato, Non c'è nessun problema di base,  andare a Tokyo per una delle prime scelte di alloggiare in hotel

Aman Tokyo ha fissato una nuova norma per prodotti estremamente duri. nonostante un incidente nella nostra prima notte, quando siamo tornati dal pranzo per trovare la nostra stanza non pulita, il manager del desk front si è prontamente scusato e ha offerto bevande complimentarie. Il capo della casa ci ha anche scusato per colazione e ci ha fatto doccia con gesti sofisticati come un piatto di frutta e lavanderia gratuita, e poi il nostro soggiorno era innocente. Aman Tokyo è anche un'incredibile struttura e design, nonché una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Otemachi, alla stazione di Tokyo, al Palazzo Imperiale e a Ginza. Le camere generosamente dimensioni, a partire da 70 metri quadrati, hanno tetti alti in tutto, con vista inoltrabile dei giardini imperiali dal letto. Anche la TV ritrattabile mostra il suo design concepito, offrendo agli ospiti una vista senza ostacoli sulla linea di Tokyo. Fornire un trasferimento alberghiero complimentare alla stazione di Tokyo, mentre viene scortato da un altro membro del personale che ha fatto il giro per comprare i nostri biglietti, portare il nostro bagaglio alla piattaforma, immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio sul treno e portarci ai nostri posti. Dal grande lobby alla piscina e alle camere spaziose, l'hotel ha impressioni su molti livelli, ma la gestione delle aspettative è fondamentale. Sarebbe irrealistico aspettarsi il tipo di servizio Aman comunemente associato alle altre proprietà, le cui contabilità sono molto più piccole. Mentre la sfortuna iniziale era deplorevole, l'attenzione personalizzata e il servizio di fondo che ne è stato seguito superavano le aspettative di un hotel urbano con 80 camere. Non è noto se ciò sia dovuto alla prima sfortuna o alla riflessione delle loro normali norme, il che giustifica un altro soggiorno nella mia prossima visita a Tokyo.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Molto bene, ti dico davvero che sono soddisfatto. Prima di tutto, c'è un ascensore al piano inferiore alla porta dell'hotel. È la stazione di Tokyo, molto conveniente.Ma la suggerimento di andare al pavimento, perché la linea di stazione ferroviaria di Tokyo sotterranea è molto turbolare, e ci sono due minuti per andare all'uscita. Il trasporto è molto conveniente 👍 E'anche molto conveniente uscire e giocare dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio. È facile da consegnare al responsabile, e ti aiuterà a mettere il bagaglio direttamente nella stanza. La stanza è grande, e soprattutto l'acqua calda è abbastanza calda. Non mi piace la pressione può essere ridotta. Mi piace il tipo di bagno ad acqua super grande.Molto soddisfatto

Riposo molto bene all'hotel! Il personale era molto amichevole e io viaggiavo confortevolmente :) L'hai pulita molto bene. La mattina ho preso due dolci di benvenuto al conto. 🤭 Perché è una società, ci sono solo lavoratori di ufficio e è molto tranquillo! La posizione è anche un fermo alla stazione di Tokyo, quindi sono andato confortevolmente! La stanza era piccola quanto conveniente, ma era buona!

We got to the hotel a bit early, so concierge/clerk Ms Morita checked our luggage into the secure storage rrom while we explored the area a bit. We'd been in Tokyo at another hotel a week prior, and it was our 3rd trip to Japan, so not newbies. There is a station on the Sobu Line imediately around the corner, and the JR Kanda station on the Yamanote line is only a 10 minute walk away. Tokyo station is a brisk 20 minute walk (take the Sobu line). The hotel is well maintained, extremely clean and fresh, and both elevators come quickly. There are tall buildings all around, so the view lower down isn't great, but you wanted to wave to a neighbour across the street in the office tower you could do so easily. There is an artifical onsen on the 2nd floor, which is a MUST for the weary traveler. Same rules apply, shower/bathe first, men and women are separate, no tattoos, and take your room towels down with you or ask for extras at the front. Nearly everyone going to the onsen wore the hotel pajamas and slippers. There's a locker with key for all patrons, no extra fee. Upon checkout we had to store our luggage again as our flight wasn't leaving until evening, and again Morita-san stored our luggage. She also helped me send our pocket-wifi units back to the rental agency as we'd lost the return envelopes. They can ship by Yamato or JPS from the front desk. Morita-san's English is superb, she joked with us and made us feel very welcome. Easily the gem of the trip and we'll be returning here when we come back to Japan.

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.

Entro 10mins walk from a lot of metro lines i.e. line Ginza, line Hibiya, JR lines etc. A bit of hiccup during check-in but all’s well then. La camera è piccola ma abbastanza per 2; viene con tutte le esigenze di base e più come cucina portatile, utensili da cucina, cucina e croccarie, lavastoviglie, ecc e apparecchi sono di qualità anche. Nessun servizio in camera se soggiorno ＜6 notti, ma asciugamani e spazzatura sono puliti e cambiati quotidianamente, quindi non ci sono denunce
