Tra gli hotel a 3 stelle, le camere sono relativamente grandi e dispongono di servizi confortevoli come aria condizionata e purificatori d'aria. Aveva tutti i comfort essenziali ed era pulito, quindi ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Il letto era molto soddisfacente e confortevole e vorrei prenotare qui ogni volta che vengo in Giappone per lavoro. Questo hotel è perfetto per un viaggio in famiglia, anche se non per affari.

Strutture: molto pulito. Vivere da soli non sembra troppo piccolo. Tokyo Blizzard è finalmente riuscita a prenotare un hotel a Shinjuku per meno di 1.000, quindi non chiedere troppo. Relatively new hotel with modern decor. Really liked the vibes/design of the hotel and room. We found the room pretty spacious for Tokyo, def enough space to open two luggage. Under 10 min walk from JR Ueno (plus no need to climb stairs) so that was good for us with the luggage. Hotel is on the less bustling side of Ueno, but still very convenient for us to access the busy Ameyoko side of Ueno. We didn’t dine there but we always saw lots of locals dining at the lobby bistro, so I would think it must be pretty good.

If you're looking for an affordable and good-quality place to stay, I highly recommend this hostel. Although it's a hostel, it offers a surprisingly high level of privacy and ample space, so you won't feel cramped. I arrived before the check-in time and the staff kindly allowed me to leave my luggage. Finding the place wasn't difficult, but it's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station. If you have heavy luggage, it might be tiring, but there are underground walkways and elevators available, so it's not too inconvenient. I stayed here for 5 nights in a 6-bed female dorm. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a 28” suitcase, and the beds were quite large. As a larger person, I found them very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all (I slept on the bottom bunk). The bathrooms were clean and had both showers and bathtubs. Liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers were provided, so you don't need to pack them. If you don't want to bring your own towel, you can rent one from the hostel. The kitchen is quite small but has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. There weren't many dishes available, but I think you could ask the staff if you need more. The laundry room has two coin-operated washing machines and two coin-operated dryers. I used them late at night, so I didn't have to wait in line. If you don't have any coins, you can exchange with the staff. The common areas on each floor have plenty of seating for guests. There are also multiple power outlets available if you need to charge your devices. There are Lawson and 7-11 convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. Cons (personal opinion): - Unfortunately, on one of the nights I stayed, the fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night. I think there was only one staff member on duty that night. The guests and I tried to find the cause of the alarm but couldn't find anything. When I asked the staff, he didn't know either. It might have been a malfunction of the system. Luckily, there wasn't actually a fire. - If you're sleeping on the bottom bunk, even if the top bunk has curtains, the light still reflects off the wall, which can be disruptive to your sleep.

Easy walking distance of around 10-15mins from Ueno station to hotel. When it rains, you can walk through the underpass but easy to get lost. Spacious room that comes with bath tub but it can flood the bathroom so water release has to be done very slowly. Easy walk to Ameya-yokocho street for shopping and food.

Molto interessante esperienza - vivere in una casa giapponese. Ci sono tutte le necessarie strutture cucina, compatto e confortevole, 3 bagni, eccellente doccia. In 10 minuti a piedi c'è un bellissimo tempio di Sensoji. Intorno a molte strade di shopping pedonale. Vorrei raccomandare di sostituire le tende sul secondo piano. Passano luce luminosa dalla lampada stradale. È anche possibile avvertire che le pareti a casa sono molto sottili e il rumore dalla strada è sentito molto di notte.
