È stato un buon hotel in cui soggiornare casualmente. Si prega di notare che non c'è spazio per mangiare e bere! Inoltre, poiché si tratta di una scala, potrebbe essere doloroso avere bagagli pesanti.

Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

Questo hotel è stato bello! La posizione è a circa 7~10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Shibuya. Un po 'di passo salita, quindi si sentiva più lungo con un bagaglio e un bagaglio, ma non male affatto! Il pavimento del telaio della mia stanza non era così pulito e volevo che ci fossero scarpe all'interno della stanza, ma diversamente da quello che le letti, gli asciugamani, il bagno pubblico e le camere della capsula erano state tenute molto pulite. Ci sono un fan in ogni stanza, che ha aiutato a mantenere l'aria in circolazione, e l'unico sconvolgimento che ho avuto è stato il rumore, l'assenza di personale di ricezione e la doccia. La PLP nella mia stanza era generalmente tranquilla, ma si può ascoltare praticamente ogni movimento. C'era una ragazza che aveva il suo anello di allarme alle 5 e non si sveglia fino alle 5:40.. ha continuato a snooze a 10 minuti, poi a 5 minuti, poi a 2 minuti di intervallo.. Svegliate tutti.. Quindi, aspettate che accadano queste cose. Il personale del desk front non era disponibile per la maggior parte del tempo (non c'era nessuno alla ricezione per la maggior parte del tempo che non l'ho controllato), ma il personale di pulizia era così gentile e utile quando mi serviva l'assistente. Grazie! 🙏🏻 La scheda d'acqua calda era fuori ordine in una delle docce, quindi a ore di picchio alcuni ppl dovevano aspettare la loro turno.Comunque, sono andato lì in inverno e la stanza era calda e accogliente! Oh e amava Yukata! Vorrei def rivisita :)
