Quando andrò a Disneyland alloggerei in un hotel economico. È giusto così? Penso C'è un minimarket, il che è molto comodo! ! È un hotel molto consolidato, quindi non è molto pulito. È una buona idea avere un posto economico dove alloggiare? Credo di si.

Avevo prenotato una camera per non fumatori, ma l'odore di fumo di sigaretta era talmente forte che non riuscivo a dormire ogni notte. Subito dopo il check-in, ho detto alla reception che la stanza puzzava di sigarette e ho pensato di farmi cambiare stanza, ma quando sono andato a controllare la stanza accanto, l'odore era lo stesso. Guardando la carta da parati ecc. sembra molto vecchia e penso che sia più un problema di servizi che di pulizia. Data la situazione, non credo che l'hotel debba accettare prenotazioni per camere non fumatori.

Dopo la doccia, lo scarico della vasca era scarso, quindi abbiamo cambiato stanza. Mi cambiai velocemente e feci le valigie. Se arrivate alle 23:00, il parcheggio è scomodo e poco pratico. Non sono rimasto soddisfatto della risposta del personale. Le finestre sono ricoperte da una forte condensa e la vista è oscurata dalle gocce d'acqua. Non voglio più restare lì.

The room was so hot at night, I felt like I was sleeping in my coffin. Two plus points was the amenities, there's so much of it and free electrical to use and they did come qnd clean whenever requested ... but the room was sooo small I regretted booking it for 3 nights - i hardly slept a wink with 2 fans and the window open all night in DECEMBER!! The room decor for the price and the bathroom was very caravan like so I don't think it was worth it. P It's close to Disney land so very very busy and it has about 500 rooms so you can imagine how many guests are staying here.

Convenient hotel for visiting Tokyo Disney resort as there is free shuttle service. However, it is quite a distance from the city and transport is expensive when taking the train line that goes to the hotel. The hotel is clean but it was sooooo hot! The temp is adjusted centrally and I really almost suffocated in the room in late November as they were blasting the heating. Pls reconsider staying here if you prefer having control over the room temp.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake is formerly known as Hotel Sunroute Ariake. It is a four-star hotel on the first hotel stop of Airport Limousine via Toyosu Station from Narita Airport during the last ride with a travel fare of 3100 Yen. This hotel has changed its method of checking-in guests after the covid epidemic spread to Japan. Guests have to learn to check-in and check-out at the machines themselves because the hotel staff is not at the reception after midnight until 6 am. Guests also have to collect their toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors at the lobby as none are found in the rooms where other toiletries and hair dryers are found. Guests can buy breakfast before 6 am at Lawson, which is located in the hotel building on the second floor. In the Single room, there is a comfortable sofa seat in front of the bed but the table does not have enough space to put a laptop on. The hotel is 200 metres away from Panasonic Center, about 300 metres away from Kokusai-tenjijo Station of Rinkai Line, 1.3 km away from Tokyo Big Sight and less than 1 km from Yurikamome Ariake Station. It is convenient to travel from Ariake to Hamamatsucho Station for a transfer ride to Haneda Airport, Tokyo. The hotel is cheap to stay on days before major events such as JATA Tourism Expo and Japan International Aerospace Exhibition but it is too expensive to book the actual days of the exhibitions even if the booking dates are five months ahead of the actual events. Nevertheless, I may consider this hotel if I were to re-visit Tokyo Big Sight.

very nice hotel, only 5 minutes to Tokyo Big Sight, easy to visit JIMTOF. and it's also very convenient to the airport through Limoshine Bus, one stop in front of the hotel. The room is small but clean, the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel staff can speak English and Chinese reception, communication is convenient; 24-hour convenience store; Convenient transportation

Did not like automation check in rather deal with person all people had to checkin at same time confusing

Everything’s good EXCEPT the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it’s way toooooo hot in winter, it doesn’t help even the hotel do provide a fan

The location is not good. Room size is fine, but it is quite hot. The air conditioner is not enough.

Great location, although the place smelled of cigarettes. They need to probably change all the carpets in the whole building to get rid of the smell. The TV movies are added on, which means you need to pay extra. They should have included this in the price. We knew the difference as we stayed at an APA hotel before coming to this hotel.

Very accommodating staffs and the room I bigger compared to the usual solo rooms in Japan!
