The hotel was decent but the lounge was better than expected with a free polaroid camera as well as complimentary coffee and tea.

Great group of hotels, I had experience with 2 of their location in Tokyo. They have lounge, coffee, and can keep our luggage before or after check-in / check-out. The staff are very friendly and super polite. I super recommend them.

The room is narrow but has everything I need. Comparing to the holiday season and the convenient location I would say the price is fair. I really appreciate the cleaning lady to wake me up because I sleep too late for jet lag, otherwise I would not to meet my friends on time. Thanks again.

Perfect for a quick visit to the US embassy. Definitely perfect if you are a solo traveler.

Very beaitiful, good staff, clean. I can recommend this hotel. 

Front desk staff is proficient in English. The hotel is located at the top of a hill. However, you can avoid walking up the slope via a public lift that provides easy access to the nearby subway station. The photo of the public lift is attached.

Nice Hotel and good location

Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and close to subway, convenient stores, local bar etc... The was big enough and clean. The shower worked perfectly. Great place to stay.

It is a great value because it is on a walking distance to the Middtown complex in Roppongi. The staff is very helpful and we were treated with a cup of traditional Anazake on the first of January !

My favourite Japanese business hotel chain. Safe, clean, convenient. Way more than decent breakfast, nice size room (for Tokyo!) Only ding would be no bathtub in the toilet. No onsen in the building. So no nice hot soak at the end of cold days. Nonetheless, great location... 10mins walk to Akasaka station (with a ton of restaurants in the vicinity) and about 20mins walk the other way right to the heart of Roppongi.

The hotel was clean and located in the middle of my itinerary. However not close enough to shops or the city center. The hotel was clean and nice staff. The room was a little small but it is Japan.
