三連泊で利用しました。このような施設は初めて利用したのでドキドキでしたが、事前のやり取りもスムーズで心地よいものでした。お部屋も綺麗でベッドも大きく、ホテルより快適に過ごせました。トースターがものすごく汚れていたのだけが残念でしたが、あとは概ね満足です。また利用したいと思いました。

1.동네가 좋다 : 번화가가 아닌 일본 주택가 근처라서 조용하고, 동네 산책하기도 좋습니다.
2.위치가 좋다 : 사쿠라신마치역 자체가 시부야까지 10분 안쪽이라서 접근성이 좋습니다.
3.무난한 시설 : 혼자서 여행을 하신다면 적당한 공간과 적당한 시설을 보유하고 있습니다.
4.적당한 인프라 : 주변에 편의점 뿐만 아니라 작은 마트도 있어서 나가서 먹을 것 사오기도 좋습니다.
단점
1.애매한 위치 : 사쿠라신마치역에서 도보 10분, 고마자와다이가쿠역에서 도보 15분 정도로 어디든 애매한건 사실입니다.
2.설명 부족 : 트립닷컴에서 볼때는 내부 집기나 시설이 어떻게 되어있는지 자세히 안나와있어서 준비하기 어려웠습니다.
3.시설의 한계 : 호텔이 아니다보니 하우스키핑이 없어서 길게 숙박하는경우 본인이 수건을 세탁해야 합니다.
또한 쓰레기 분리수거도 본인이 해야 합니다.
결론 : 재방문 의사 있음.
①시설 크게 상관 없고 ②적당한 가격에 ③중심가로 접근성 괜찮은 ④현지 느낌 나는 숙소를 원한다 -＞추천

It only took me 8 mins to get to the station, it’s a nice .3 mile walk to a lawsons, there is access to a gym in komazawa park which costs 500 yen for 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean and includes a fire stove top, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier for drying clothes, mini heater, and includes amenities. It was a very nice stay and I will book again if I come back to Japan.

The property was nicely sized, clean and full of amenities. The washing and cooking facilities were a very welcome addition! Contact with the owners was very quick and straightforward. I stayed for nearly a month with no issues. The location is quiet, close to the train station, and has food and shops nearby, with just a short DT-Line ride to reach Shibuya. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was just perfect for my stay. Reasonable price, good location, all necessary stuff was in the room. I would stay again when I come to Japan.

Overall very good for the price and easy to get to the station. The fan in the bath was out of order. But it wasnt a big deal. The check in and check out process was very convenient. I would recommend to my friends to stay here.

Very nice and cute property! 10 min from the station and a 10 min ride on the den en toshi to Shibuya, so very convenient! Hosts are very kind and communicative!

I stayed there by myself and a heavy luggage. There is no elevator. It was very difficult for me to take my luggage to the third floor. Also, I had to take that down to the first floor when I checked out. That's only reason why I didn't rate as excellent but good for overall.
