We forget the make up bags and perfumes there, trying to reach out to the hotel through the application message, but the only thing they can help is telling me to just directly call, and I have to pay the international health fees by myself.  in today’s world where we have Internet why we cannot just text a message? and get the problem solved. Awful

The consistent theme of the music of Bach extends throughout the property, from the ambient music to the colour schemes of the decor - very comfortable in our opinion. Rooms are typical Tokyo sized which is alittle on the smaller side but are well laid out, clean and comfortable. Location is great, just minutes from Higashi-Ginza station, as well as the main shopping belts in Ginza. There are 3 convenience stores within 2 mins from the front entrance so plenty of options if you need some snacks or drinks in a pinch. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good, with a rotational menu to ensure variety. Great service from the team there, always meeting us with a smile in the morning and willing to accommodate our requests. Special shoutout to the impeccable service from the Front Desk, assisting us with constant deliveries as well as helping us to make last minute reservations with restaurants. Amazing support given the language barrier but they were always putting in the extra mile to help us resolve any of our queries or problems. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is situated at a very convenient location - just 1 minute walk from the Higashi Ginza Metro which is near almost everywhere in Tokyo. The service was good as well as my wife could not take certain food for the breakfast because of food allergies. Once we told them the allergy on the first day, they know what to do for subsequent breakfasts. There was a breakfast which my family could not take because we had to join a day trip which was very early. The hotel helped us to prepare sandwiches for breakfast and the sandwiches were of high quality as well. The food was good as well just that if you want a buffet breakfast then you would be disappointed, However, there is night snack as well so you can have supper until 11pm. I would sure book this hotel again if I am holidaying in Tokyo.
