This is the perfect place to reside during our family trip in Tokyo in Dec 2024. No matter the colleagues, facilities, the room, it's all just perfect but only 1 thing to improve - the number of washing machines :-)

Very good value for money. Service was good. Room has good size and clean. The shower curtains could be cleaner but was ok. Highly recommended.

Good location near the subway, a lot of restaurants , cafe also Family mart and 7-11 nearby.

The lady at the reception desk was very helpful. She did multiple phone calls to help us confirm a restaurant booking. We are thankful for the help

Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station. However, the room is very (squared) small. It is understandable as it is in the core of Tokyo. However, the allocated room is suitable only for a single person, contrary to how it has been advertised as for couple plus a child. It is not suitable at all for couple or family. There was no cupboard, extra table/ chair, bathtub, etc. The toiletries were also of cheap quality. Our whole Tokyo trip became upsetting because of this hotel.

I would not select this place next time.

It is not clean. Amenities is really bad. Services is not good
