Idk if someone is ok with the mess in a hotel, but it wasn’t even slightly cleaned. It was a total mess.
I wanted to cancel my booking but the hotel rejected my claim.

We stayed from March 22-26. The hotel is very convenient as it was very close to Akihabara. The anime and electronics town of Tokyo. Very convenient as it was very close to Akihabara station. It was just a few walks away.Accessible to food, shopping and transport. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was kept cleaned everyday. We will book this hotel again when we visit Tokyo next year.

The location was amazing! If you`re thinking of exploring Akihabara especially.
Also I ordered an Amazon package to be sent to this hotel and they kept it for me there, great service.
If I will go to Japan again in the future will definitely rebook this place.

perfect location with good facilities including a massage chair inside room. i stayed on the top floor and had a good view too. the room is small but i can open a large suitcase by moving the massage chair a bit. will stay here again when i come to tokyo again.

1. The location is Excellent! --＞ Just next to Train station once you come out from Akihabara JR Station.
2. Room are Tidy Up but the Toilet not really well keep but still acceptable for me.
3. Bed is big enough for 2 Adult and 2 Kids (10 & 11 year Old).
4. I like the Mini Massage Chair it is so good as after shop for whole day then can take massage inside de room.
5. All Machine Check-in and Check-out but they still have staff help you in the front desk.
6. By walking distance you can reach Ueon!
7. No laundry service it is the most issue for me.
Another this your may need to take note with it is the hotel entrance not really very see very clear it is just next to the coffee store.
