Cigarettes butts all over balcony. The cleaner did not clear them from the last stayer. Hand towel is stained and dirty. Very Expensive. Not good value for money. Unpleasant experience

Amazing stay, big room with washing machine for Tokyo standards. A bit of a walk from Shibuya but close to Shinsen station

Lovely amenities even though I did not get a chance to fully utilise them. The washer is the game changer, so are the bathroom supplies! Limited housekeeping is available for just towel change and trash cleaning! Great option for a quick housekeeping

Tokyu Stay Shibuya hotel is located near to Shinsen station but walking distance to Shibuya area. Check in time is 15:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs. This hotel features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services, terrace garden at level 9 and breakfast (only if you purchased) at level 1. One key notable feature is that there is a washing machine with dryer in your room. We stayed in a standard double room and is spacious enough for 3 luggage’s and there is still walking space. In addition to that, it also have a side table and chairs for you to have your snacks and food in the room. In terms of room facilities, it features a bathroom with bathtub and toilet cubicle. Hair dryer and there’s a mini bar fridge are also provided. There is also cooking induction for you to do some simple cooking with their provided pot, plates and utensils. At level 1, there is vending machines (chargeable) provided but there is one coffee machine (free) provided as well. There is like a lounge area for you to chit chat and have a coffee. There is also a convenience store or mini supermarket just opposite the hotel (24 hours) which you can do your purchases. Overall I very satisfied with the stay at this hotel, and really appreciate the higher floor due to me having a longer stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

3 time stay at tokyu stay shibuya. Worth it. Close to the shibuya mark city for bus rides and shibuya train station for train rides. Easy breezy.

Location was a little far from the train station. You will have walk about 10-15mins to the train station, which includes climbing slopes. Hotel was also honestly a little older than I expected it to be. I have stayed at a couple other Tokyu Stays and they were much newer than this place. Aircon also was noisy at night. Would prefer to stay at the Shinjuku outlet which was much newer, cleaner and convenient.

The hotel is not too big, but relatively clean and modern. It is acceptable for the short-term travelling. One thing I like is that they have a washing machine, which is convenient for the laundry. The location is excellent for fashion shopping. The price is a bit higher than I expected.

I really love this hotel. Japan hotel are usually small and squeezy but this hotel room is spacious and the price is very reasonable.

I had the most warm welcome for my daughter. It was great service from the ladies at the counter during our check in day! Everyone is very kind with their smiles.😳 The housekeeper especially the cleaning lady is also very nice and understanding. She also had her great smiles on her face. Otherwise room is fine, we did not spend much time in the room so it doesn’t actually bother us. Close to Shibuya shopping area. Few minutes walk to a station and lawson. Area is very calm. The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to Shibuya station. In-room amenities (pot, stove) are great and it is very clean, you can cook if you don't want to dine out. Next time we will try to book earlier to get a bigger room.

Walkable distance from the busy Shibuya (around 10-15mins) yet at a quiet and peaceful location. An actual Supermarket is right opposite the hotel which is a bonus. The room is more spacious than the usual Tokyo rooms (we could open 2 large suitcases at the same time), the bed is comfortable and there is a nice shower with a bath. Walls are thick, we did not hear other customers. The reception staff spoke good English and kept our suitcases after we checked out. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Loved having the in-unit laundry machines!

Nice hotel but small room

Bit far from jr. Shibuya station. Looks bit old but feel like home. Have laundry, cook top, small bath. Its more service apartment. Free amenities and free coffee from lobby . It was under renovation but was totally ok.
