Location is close to Shibuya station so very accessible to all places around scramble crossing. However the room for our family with 2 kids was really small, with the additional 2 beds there was almost no room for our luggage. Air flow was stuffy, but staff was helpful in providing 2 fans, though that did not help the space situation. Note that Shibuya station and surroundings are undergoing major reconstruction scheduled to be completed in 2027, so perhaps good to avoid this area till then.

Location was good, close proximity to the main areas of Shibuya. Note that the walk from the station to the hotel is uphill. Room was fine.

Hotel location is just perfect in between Harajuku and Shibuya

Our room was a little small for two people, I was constantly tripping over suitcases and backpacks. The room seems a little dated, there were stains on the wall and the AC didn’t seem to get colder than 24C even when left on all day, which is just wasteful so we didn’t do that. I found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. Amenities are fine, though not as eco friendly as other hotels we’ve stayed in in Tokyo. The hotel is a 15-20 walk from Shibuya station, so good location. The staff was really nice upon check in. There are washing machines and dryers available for guest laundry. All in all, a fine stay, but probably wouldn’t book here again.

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Room and bathroom are small and a bit old, but standard for Japan and very serviceable.

It’s a good hotel for a trip. I will stay there next time if the price is reasonable.

Hotel is very central Shibuya and clean. Rooms clean and small. Parking was a bit more expensive than described: 3650 Yen per 24 hours. Note that parking is from 12 to 12 the next day, but quite close. Many steps to take.

The room is some good, not small. The bathroom is ok for use,had a bathtub. If you have heavy luggage,you may take some time to walk to hotel from Subway station, because the hotel is on the high place.

Small but clean rooms in the center of Shibuya, nice small bath. A lot of bara nearby.

Great location although the room is a bit small and old

Rooms are sensitive to noise but location is superb.

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!
