Such a great experience to stay in this hotel with my family. The room is so spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed how it has laundry machine and kitchen utensils for cooking. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for the entire trip to Tokyo for 7 nights with 3 kids. This was not the intended hotel initially due to system glitch, but Thank God it turned out to be even better choice. Hotel staffs were super friendly and helpful, understands english. Love the Komoro Soba shop behind the hotel (5min walk) but unfortunately it was enjoyed the last day of stay, wish i could have it a few more time. Great location, few minutes access to subways and ＜15 minutes walk to Tokyo station. My wife love the washer/dryer in the room. Nice!

Conveniently located to multiple train stations and great food options around. Room was spacious and amenities provided were complete. Highly recommended for families!

Clean but no maid cleaning the room. For those who plan long stay need to clean up for themselves. Dryer was unusable even we tried 1 shirt in dryer. Location was perfect. Close to both JR, Metro, Family mart and 7/11, however too few street food to selected from. You can not use TA-Q-BIN service directly as other hotel. Other hotel, you can pay service fee at hotel and leave luggages. Here you can leave luggages only but you will have to wait for Ta-q-bin staff for paying service fee yourself. Staff has stronger English skill compare to other hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to several JR trains and subway stops, walking distance to Akihabara and Asakusa - if you enjoy exploring the city by foot. The room is fully and nicely equipped; amenities are available at front desk and coffee pods available for purchase (100 Yen/pod). All staff members are efficient and kind. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Very convenient location (one station away to Tokyo station); lots of homey facilities, like laundry machine, vacuum, kitchenware and tableware, which feels like home more than a hotel; the self-taking care of room-makeup enables kids to learn taking care of house wastes by classification of wastes, recycling and learn to be responsible users instead of reliance on hotel room services. Great experience to stay, happy 👍🏻

First of all maybe I am a person likes to complain, I apologize first! But, as I am not very happy is that when the day I supposed to check in, my fight has delayed 2 hours! And the hotel sends me an email that afternoon 6pm, remind me that if the days end and I still not check in! I am no show, and will forfeit my prepaid hotel fee! What?? And to be honest, Fight is very normal! Luckily, I get there on time before midnight! And , if this is fare or not , when you are on the plane , how can I check my email however, not all the plane has Wi-, When you are at the process of traveling there! And I’m staying there for two weeks. They only comes once a week for cleaning services! This is all I can say about this hotel. !
