Questa è già la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale parla inglese, il che è fantastico per i viaggiatori stranieri. Sono anche molto educati e disponibili. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e poco costose per gli standard di Tokyo.

La stanza era piccola. Dal punto di vista di un impiegato, mi sarebbe piaciuto un servizio di lustrascarpe.

Quando ho personale straniero, ho difficoltà a comunicare con loro. Il personale giapponese non dovrebbe essere sempre in servizio a tempo pieno?

Comodo trasporto, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, sicuro, bel posto in cui soggiornare, buon personale di servizio.

La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 5 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo. Tuttavia, la reception dell'hotel è aperta solo dalle 12 alle 23. È impossibile trovare personale che possa informarsi al mattino o troppo tardi. C'era una donna del personale che era molto scortese: non importava che non capisse l'inglese, ma il suo atteggiamento era molto arrogante e non voleva rispondere alle domande dei clienti. Inoltre, solo gli ospiti che soggiorneranno in hotel per sette notti consecutive avranno diritto al servizio di pulizia della camera, mentre se pernottano per meno di sette notti dovranno depositare gli asciugamani usati e la spazzatura fuori dalla porta.

After an exceptional stay at my first hotel in Japan, which was super comfortable and had a lovely, fresh scent, my expectations for this second hotel were quite high. Upon arrival, I had no complaints about the reception staff. They were friendly and fluent in English, which was a definite plus. My first night was also fine. However, I encountered some issues with room cleaning. On my second day, I left my room before 9 am with the "make up my room" sign displayed. When I returned around noon, my room had not yet been cleaned. It seems they may have been short-staffed, perhaps with only one cleaner. On my third day, I again requested room cleaning. While the room was cleaned, my clothes from the previous evening were still there, near the door, even though fresh ones were provided. I believe the staff simply overlooked them. Additionally, the room had a distinct odor that unfortunately clung to my clothes. Over time, this scent became quite irritating to my nose. The smell was so pervasive that even after returning home, my luggage and other belongings retained the odor. I even had to wash unused clothes to remove it. Overall, I can recommend this hotel, but with reservations. If you are particularly picky about cleanliness and have high standards, this might not be the best choice for you.

Tiny cozy and clean room, good location, easy checkin. I can recommend it for a short stay in Tokyo.

Average service and very small room. Location is in walking distance from subway which is appropriate with the hotel price. One major negative side is the facility. The hotel have very limited space for luggage deposit for pre-check in and the DO NOT have luggage deposit service AFTER checkout which is very inconvenient for backpacker. NOT RECOMMEND this hotel because there is much more hotel options in this area with comparable price and better facility.

Just a business hotel with very small space

The single room is more spacious than I expected! Easy to open the luggages and the bed is comfy too!

Good for a small size couple who seeking a place for only stay at night.

Staff is very helpful. But this hotel overall is extremely budget hotel and that's it. Some people might find it adequate, I didn't. Mostly because how uncomfortable the mattress was. It was really soft and sagging and yet hard. I couldn't sleep well at all on any of the nights. Location is OK with 4-5 mins walk from kanda station.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station and Akihabara. There are many interesting restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores. The room was a bit stuffy because the windows could not be opened. But the air conditioning system was great. The bed was very comfortable.
