It was alright. Mostly clean and there were amenities like a toothbrush.

The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station with several fast food restaurants nearby, and there are three to five convenience stores within a 3-minute walk of the hotel. Internet is reliable. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilets and showers are shared, but over a four night stay, I never had to wait to use one.

There was just a bar of soap -- not hand soap -- in the communal sink area. Plus, the cleaning staff was loud. But the window ventilation worked.

Good place for solo travelers. Nice vibe and conveniences. Recommend to whom finding a budget hostel price and easy to get on the train with nearby train station, it’s just 10min walking. Staffs are friendly and be able to help you with any requests of the guests.

The hotel is pretty old, and the room is extremely small for 2 people to stay.

The location is around 10 minutes walk from the subway station. As it may close to the street, a little bit noisy. The price was ok. There are only two shower room on the first floor. Just for one stay is ok

The owner and his wife impressed me with their care and curtesy. I appreciate that.

Loved this hotel they have everything I need, there is supermarket convenience store around the area.  it’s easy to commute around the tourist attraction.

一直沒來得及寫這個酒店的評價，今天來寫一下。真的很喜歡這家酒店了！下次來東京還住！很適合預算不高但又想要私人空間的朋友們！首先，酒店位置離地鐵站挺近的！大概步行七八分鐘的樣子，而且靠馬路邊，你不需要進小巷子之類的，還是很安全的，步行去淺草寺或者晴空塔都很方便。附近便利店也很多，隔壁就是個小超市。接著説一下，住宿空間，雖然很小，但是基本品都配齊了，比如冰箱啊暖風機啊，小桌子之類的，我住的挺開心的，廁所和洗澡要去公共區域，但是也很方便，我覺得不怎麼影響我的住宿體驗，性價比很高，一樓還有公共休息室。挺多日本人來住的，中國人我沒怎麼遇到。最後感謝一下店主，一對老夫婦，當時我和朋友把一把店裡的透明傘搞丟了，和店主説打算賠償給他們，但是他們拒絕了，説沒有關係的，不需要賠付了，真的很暖心！！！很感動，下次來東京，我還會來預訂這家店噠！！！！

第一次出國，找了好久才找到的經濟實惠的帶獨立門能鎖門的房間，房間不大一個冰箱一張床，衞生間洗手間是共用的在樓層有，洗早的在一樓分24小時的和時段性的一共3個，總體感覺很好，坐地鐵過去從羽田大約需要1小時左右，因為出地鐵還需要走路10分鐘，總之下次來我還住這裏。

地址：距離南千住地鐵站南口出來，跨過天橋，步行10分鐘左右。去上野和秋葉原都挺方便，也可以在走多兩分鐘在JR南千住站轉到日暮裏換乘山手線和京成電鐵 周邊：是居民區比較平靜，樓下有超市，往地鐵站走途中也有兩家便利店。食店少，要走到JR南千住站才有個小商場吃東西 設施：主樓空調效果不好，同層共用廁所洗刷，衹有一樓有兩家獨立浴室24小時可使用，要用客房門匙打開，幾乎不用排隊。晚上11點後也是從側門進去用門匙開門 入住：辦理入住後會工作人員會給你簡單英語介紹各項設施，退房時把鑰匙放在一樓信箱旁的白色盒子裏。 總而言之體驗不錯，在東京一百多的價位有獨立睡覺空間要求不高，適合獨遊人士

價格便宜便享有獨立房間，浴室及廁所是公用的但非常潔淨。 酒店內有自動販賣機，洗衣機及廚房使用。 酒店外不到20米便有便利店及超市，亦有巴士可到達上野，淺草及東京站，南千住站步行10分鐘，交通方便。
