The place resort is one of the best resorts I’ve been to,It excellent mountain view, lovely beach view,Topnotch service, and great food also.The chalet are spacious with unique interiors,I had the best birthday experience there,Can’t wait to be there again…

It has been a wonderful experience, rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, all the staff are kind and really respectful, we have felt really good, enjoying the beach everyday, eating in the Restaurant that have excellent food and service, and our child enjoying also in the pool. We highly recommend The Place and we will come back!!

Had an amazing time here. Brilliant rooms, spacious, secure, great showers, a/c, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, gorgeous beach with sun loungers and shade for those who wish. The food and drink was delicious and delivered by lovely, attentive staff. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing chalet, with a lot of space and comfort. And, overall great facilities! Staff members are very kind and helpful. Beautiful and calm beach to relax! Breakfast is very good and complete. If you are looking for a place with a nice beach, comfort and views this is the place.

I can’t think of a better place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Sierra Leonean weather and hospitality than The Place. The rooms are clean, spacious and have great aircon! The showers are big and with great water pressure. Beds are comfy. Its location right on the beach is perfect. Food is delicious. They make the best cocktails. I could keep on going…. Highly recommend!!

My experience at The Place Resort was nothing short of magical. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service, delectable food, and a cozy place to rest their head. It truly is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcomed and valued. 💚💚💚can’t wait to visit again

The hotel was at its best long time ago and seems stuck in time. Outside areas need a lot of repairs, yet the rooms ( chalets) are wonderful, bright, modern, with perfect shower, plenty of space. When you get to the beach one is in awe. Wow! Soft white sand, warm waters and peaceful,safe a**osphere. There is also swimming pool. The bar and restaurant serve breakfast , lunch and dinner. The food is great, try chilli african soup, I think no one can finish it :) Well, this place is definitely the best beach resort in country and I think in near future the hotel will be refurbished as it deserves it. I was delighted with my stay and this place has huge potential. If this place was elsewhere then a top notch 5* resort would be on this place.

Once again, the most amazing stay at The Place Resort - the perfect location to rest & recover post marathon. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed a**osphere to chill out. But at our request, they even arranged some beach football, volleyball and some boat trips for us - excellent way to add to the adventure. The food was beautiful, highly recommend the lobster and the shrimps! Also go for the Beach Front rooms, waking up in such a comfortable bed with that view is just something else - can't wait to return!

From the moment we walked into the reception and seen the big smile on the receptionist’s face l could tell this was going to be a great place to finish our time in Seirra Leone! We were taken down to a beach front lodge by one of the many helpful staff, who pointed out where everything was as we strolled through the hotel grounds. After a shower to wash off the travel grim we headed to the restaurant. The menu was not what I was expecting, there was everything from pizza to a full gourmet meal. The sea food pizza was outstanding! And very filling! I stuck to the local “Star” beer but my partner tried a cocktail “Jack and Gringer” with was apparently delicious. The evening meal was again fantastic, I had pan fried prawns and Helen had a sea food platter (which she couldn’t manage to finish). We spent our time here chill axing and lazing around the beautiful beach but the hotel could if asked to arrange boat trips around this fantastic area. All in all this is a wonderful area to visit and the Place Hotel is a fantastic place to enjoy it!
